It has come to the attention of the LRR government and the international Aid Consortium that the war in Egyptstan has cost thousands of lives, and we would like to offer both sides the chance to make a cease-fire, and come to a neutral country and settle your differences peacefully.

Please consider this offer, for the good of the people.

Egypstan will, if all attacking nations cease attacks and leave our nation, give up all Acigoo to be disposed of.

Ok, this is a start. Would you like negotiations to be held in LRR?

Egyptstan, could you perhaps contact some of your enemies and tell them about this?

As a gesture of goodwill and to show that we are not opposed to peace, AMF urges both sides to come to the negotiating table.

We will have all of our men and women leave, except a small group to make sure that this is carried thru with. We will not risk Egypstan having everyone leave the nation to turn around and see the Egypstanian military attacking us from behind, or Acigoo being launched. The group will consist of 5 Gator mid-range battle tanks, 25 Special Forces, 200 Marines, 800 regular soldiers, and a hand-full of scientists. If this will not be permitted, then we will continue until we forcefully take away the Acigoo.

We will not stand to see any Acigoo escape, as those Acigoo Nations know, this is no toy for any nation. Not even ViZion is willing to play around with us, and we know much more about Acigoo then you. It will immediately be disposed of, rather it is by peace, or by war.

Thank you,

Chiefy

"No, we demand you LEAVE our NATION! We will permit only FIVE, 1, 2, 3, 4, FIVE scientists total, combining all nations, to enter. Now, leave, I have made my offer."

In a confrence between General Christian Maxtall, two top Government Officials (GO1 and GO2), Head of Diplomacy Matt Atkins, and Head of State Chiefy;

General Maxtall, "Why don't we crush them now? They are always so difficult! They have that Acigoo, and we all know that, without words added to it, is one of the largest threats around! Let us destroy him!"
GO1, "You know we must maintain a good PR around the world. He is insane, but how would it look after he says that if we just go in and bomb them to hell and back?"
GO2, "Personally, I think it's a good idea. We can get them outta our hair. Them, and that Acigoo shit."
General Maxtall, "Yes, exactly! Let us crush them!"
Matt Atkins, "Please, calm down General. We need to use our diplomatic skills here. Maybe we wont have to fight anymore, no more killing, as Ali puts it."
General Maxtall, "Who the hell cares what he says if he's DEAD, and we get rid of that crap?!"
Chiefy, "Gentalmen, please! Lower your voices, and sit down!" Chiefy yells, slamming his fist on the table as GO1 Matt and the General stand up, ready to fight. The table shook, water rippling, "Now, I say we take it to these Lunatic Retard Robots, who seem to be decent peace-makers. Yes, I do agree, we need military presense, but do no not agree that we must rush off and and continue the war, as he is willing to give up the Acigoo without any more fighting. Agree?"

All at once, everyone looked around, then, as if they were one, "Yes." They agreed.

Chiefy sends a message to Lunatic Retard Robots;
"We request your presense in an issue. We require that we have some military presense in Egypstan to make sure this is carried thru, but Egypstan will not allow it. Will you be able to talk some sense into Ali, of Egypstan? You do not know the horrors of Acigoo. Sure, you have heard some stories most likely from the few, and trust me, I mean, FEW, survivers who experienced the horrors first-hand, but you were not actually there, fighting it. We will not allow Egypstan to get away with their tricks anymore reguarding Acigoo. It is either, hand it over under our watchful eyes, or we will be forced to take it from them - militarally."

Egypstan, i`m affraid, that it`s much to few. Don`t You remember, why this war started ? The whole international community must be sure, that You don`t have any Acigoo or any instruments to proliferate it through galaxy. We suggest, that an international commision, maked of scientists of various specializations from neutral countries should be send to investigate.
With regard.

In war and in peace, ViZion has my full backing.

I can't believe the nerve you all have! I offer to give up Acigoo as long as there is no military and you all say I'm not in to position to do that! What has this world come to! Maybe I should just strap Acigoo onto missiles and launch then to various nations and you can go clean it up there while it spreads into your nation. Then you can have your military with the Acigoo.

17-01-2004, 5:20 AM
After watching this carefully unfold, we will have to support Egypstan on this. We will send in our military to stop those who refuse to leave Egypstan. Egypstan has the right to surrender this Acigoo if he is left alone. Don't put your luck with Egypstan, as you can see, he will change his mind.

Foolish Terran, you would be glassed in a few seconds by the responding nuclear IBCM's from the nations you have attacked. The only thing you would gain is a new crater. You would join the ranks of 'of acel' and be a crater sold and bought at will.

No one trusts you Terran, let inspections occur and what remains of your nation will be spared further devistation. Your race can be trusted as long as the wind of this planet shall remain constant, only a few fleeting moments.

We say let international inspectors look for the acigoo, but let some of our allies remain in place to ensure cooperation of the self declared 'god'.

This is an outrage, and OUTRAGE, I say! I am willing to give up Acigoo if you leave us, you say no, your military needs to be with the Acigoo. I will only give up the Acigoo if your nations militaries leave us. We will use Acigoo in self defense if you nations invade to take it. Leave, or you will not get it.

Egypstan, please consider the following points:

1. Your country has been decimated by prolonged orbital bombardment.

2. Any facilities for launching an Acigoo attack were probably destroyed in this attack.

3. We will get what we want whether you give it to us willingly or not, you hardly have a country left.

Now, let me make you some offers (I can't offer to withdraw troops as I have none in your nation.

1. Squornshelous will stand down its task force, and send the carriers home, but the 6 subs will remain as an insurance policy.

2. The two destroyers in orbit will also remain, in case you somehow launch Acigoo at Squornshelous in an ICBM.

3. Egypstan will remove the Acigo from its storage facilities and deliver it to a group of scientists from the nations allied against you.

4. Egypstan will promise never to use, buy sell or produce any WMD's of any kind.

*has an idea, for the sake of diplomacy*

Squornshelous will remove its entire naval taskforce, and our destoyers will go to a geosynchronous orbit above Squornshelous, to shoot down any missiles launched at us. One naval destroyer will remain in order to transport the Squornshelan scientists and their escort party. This is as good as you gonna get it.

We strongly urge the Foe Hammer, ViZion, The Lords of War and any other nations with military in the Egypstan area to take similar actions, so that this conflict may be resolved.

Egypstan, you are in no position to slam your fists on the table. You currently have spacefleets of many nations orbiting Earth, bombarding your country.

Egypstan cannot be trusted. He has sold Acigoo to MANY nations without even performing background checks or asking WHY the nations wanted the Acigoo, which is, as most of you know, a highly dangerous and HIGHLY ACIDIC substance that transforms anything it comes into contact with. Egypstan has commited NUMEROUS crimes against humanity, and even threatened to gas his own citizens if we invaded to disarm him of the Acigoo!

Egypstan, I/We will give you a chance to disarm yourselves of Acigoo, UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE FOE HAMMER LIBERTY FLEET CURRENTLY IN SYNCHRONOUS ORBIT WITH YOUR NATION. We will NOT draw back our forces, as you will only use the time to arm yourselves and retaliate. You have had NUMEROUS chances to surrender the Acigoo, but you have taken back your surrender notices many times.

17-01-2004, 6:06 AM
It is quite simple. You send in 5 researchers to take the Acigoo away and inspect to see if we have any left. But, in return, you have no military that threatens us (they are orbiting us, ready to attack... being on our land, ready to attack... being in our waters, or anywere near us, ready to attack.) That way, you get the Acigoo, and we have no hostile military occupense.

We have only taken back the surrender once. And, we will not take that time to arm our selfs. We see that our enemies have far more firepower then we have, due to the many larger, advanced nations fighting us. We are giving you this offer.

If we do arm our selfs and retaliate, then make it known to the world, you may invade us. This is our insurance.

Our offer stands. Leave us, send 5 researchers in to take all Acigoo.

The Lords of War

We will remain inplace. You Terrans fool each other so easily. He has declared himself a god. He shall never turn over the acigoo only part of it to fool us then begin selling it again.

There must be inspections with force behind them. Any other path to peace at this moment is foolish.

Blah, 5 scientists to 'inspect' a nation. The only thing you shall do is kidnap them and demand a ransom. We see your schemes Pitiful One

I highly urge you to do it OUR way. We are currently not being orbited by numerous fleets, and our nations are not smoldering craters.

1) We will withdraw ALL of our ground forces, but our Spacefleets will remain to ensure our scientists are safe and all Acigoo has been removed.

2) You WILL hand over the Acigoo.

3) You will NOT purchase ANY weapons of mass destruction in the future. Your lack of respect for weapons of such destructive power shows that you are obviously so immature that you cannot handle a nuclear device, or something of similar destructive power.

4) Once tha Acigoo is gone, and we have gathered our things, we will withdraw our fleets and leave you to rebuild your nation in peace.

Squornshelous
17-01-2004, 6:15 AM
Egypstan, we urge you to not be so extreme in your surrender terms. Although Squornshelous has complied with your terms to an extent, other nations will not, and you will find your nation carbonized.

Be informed that the only Squornshelan forces left in the Egypstan area is one naval destroyer with 1 of our top physicists and an escort team of 100 comandos. I flat out refuse to send in scientists alone, as that is toatal bs.

17-01-2004, 6:15 AM
Is it not good enough insurance that you can invade us if we do not cooperate?

Squornshelous
17-01-2004, 6:18 AM
we could also invade you if you do cooperate, we have all the power in this negotiation. You have a shattered nation with no major cities or military installments left, and no chance of having any organized military response to an invasion. You are not in a position to make demands, be grateful that Squornshelous has complied as much as we have.

No, it is not, because you have already been invaded, and will spend the time to prepare for the invasion. Fine, but trying to save a few pitiful Terrans who may or may not be infected seems foolish to us. We shall give what assistance we can, primarily we will use our ground scanning equipment to attempt and detect any living terrans on the surface.

The Grav ships move from their postion on the coast and begin makeing a tight sweep. When one finds either high levels of CO2 and/heat the ships focus ground scan radar on the point to see if there are any underground structures. Several are located and reported to ground troops for investigation and evacuation.

The Grav ships slowly move towards the interior of the nation. They do not seem to be picking up anyone until a bunker with a heavy amount of electronic noise is found. It is marked 'dangerous' and advises only heavily armed troops should investigate it.

A single hovership is sent down to the site with several armored L.O.W marines and a single figure in a black robe with a blue sash that is 8 feet in height. They also have two armored drones flanking them.

He dashed up the ramp of the Dropship as the Tail Door quickly flew up. The Sgt. Major counted - 2,037 citizens onboard. It was cramped, but luckily the Foe Hammer dropships had Air conditioning.

"Sir, all the uninfected persons are almost evacuated. We'll be ready to begin the Omega Line in one hour, sir."

"Good. Send out a notice to all friendlies that Foe Hammer will deal with execution of the O-line. They should just focus on evacuating the citizens."

Entering a large city, which has been heavily damaged;

The sight was something odd... The people looked at us with fear. They had been brought up to know that we were the evil ones. They think we are here to kill them.

We have a translater, though, who began talking to the men who were holding guns, ready for a fight. Within half an hour, they had been convenced we were here to help. It was not a moment to soon, as within an hour of the evacuation begining, the infected started to show up, and had to be killed, for they were infecting others.

Report to allied forces: We have gotten most children, and are trying out hardest to get the adults, but the infected are growing now. We may have to leave over half the population in this large city.

A single delceration is "L.O.W vessles clear"

The single Var begins making her way towards a city. She can hear some sound. Some sound she has never associated with the Terran race, only with the darkness of sidereel space. Ok, wait one minute. This situation has gotten way out of hand. I understand both sides, and I can still see areas we can compromise on. How about this:

-All hostilties between the two parties cease immediatly.
-A group of 5 scientist from each country opposed to Egyptstan observe the destruction of the Acigoo. In return, all hostile troops must be removed off Egyptstan territory.
-A nuteral third party will send troops over to observe the destruction of the Acigoo and make sure both parties will hold their end of the bargan
-Once the Acigoo is destroyed, negotiations for an peace treaty will begin.

If these terms are unacceptable to one or both parties, I can adjust them, but only to an limit, keeping fairness in mind.

It really screws the storyline when people not involved in the 1st acigoo war have no idea what is actually going on.

Essentially, Bajon is the nation who takes the acigoo and destroys it. But, it can't be destroyed by weapons, like missiles and bombs. It has to be destroyed in a black hole while being contained in certain conditions. Conditions which only Bajon ICly knows. Also, Bajon is the only nation who can actually scan for the stuff.

Therefor, it is my nations role to be blunt about the acigoo and threaten destruction to those who try to keep it. ViZion can back me up on this, as we were probably the 2 biggest players in the ist acigoo war.

But I assume that you need some people to rebuild Egyptstan, because there are that many people who's nation is now a series of large craters.

But I admit, the next time I try to do something like this, I should make sure that I know the backstory. Can we just say that LRR intelligence is lacking? (Like it is most of the time.)

So, whenever you are ready to rebuild Egyptstan, give the IAC a call.

All Acigoo is to be handed over to Bajon.

"We are the custodians of the Dead Antrel, and it is our job to make sure it is destroyed. It was thought to have all been found after the last war, but obviously, some nation kept some for themselves.
If Bajon does not recieve full cooperation from all parties in handing over the acigoo, we will not hesitate to take it by force. Acigoo is a dangerous substance, and we will not sit idly by while humans debate about it. This is the final warning."

Hand over all acigoo now, or face the consequences!

---

OOC:
According to the acigoo storyline from the 1st war, Bajon is the only one who can scan for acigoo, and also the only one who knows how to safely contain it and destroy it.

Woah, woah now! Let's take it easier here. This is supposed to be a peacemaking thread.

Now, Bajon, let's take this slowly. Please try to explain your position using less italics and bold, and and a lot more calmly.
OOC:

This is true..

Also where the hell do we place the remaining population? The nations who helped evacuate the uninfected keep those until it is safe for Egypstan to be rebuilt.

One question then. What do we do about seperatedd famlies and orphaned children ect? We will set up a support line to connect families back together, and they can pick which nation they want to stay with until they are able to go back.

As far as those who have lost loved-ones, we will have support for them. Orphans, if they are old enough, they will be able to say who they wish to live with, and where. If they are to young, they will stay with churches until we get this straightened out.

OOC: Wow, a lot really happens at night...

IC:
The Emperor is willing to take on some humanitarian duties. We can take care of some of Egypstan's citizens until the rebuilding starts.
-Admiral Friebel

OOC: Too bad I couldn't get online at the time. I could've used some of my nukes in the Omega Line. And I really wanted to use them too  ....oh well...

IC: Well, we are fine, as we only have just over 6,000 people. But, Foe Hammer has over 1 million under his care. He may need some help.

Please view the links below! These all relate to what happened here, and the aftermath!

Sorry, the original Acigoo threads are no longer avaliable from months ago. You will only be able to get stories told by those nations who experienced the living Acigoo first hand. Those nations, which include ViZion, are known as the Acigoo Nations.

Thank you.

LRR is currently equipped to house 500 million Egyptstani citizens if they agree to be cryogenically frozen until Egyptstan is rebuilt.

Meanwhile.......

Dropships load up with LRR equipment, mostly CEV-2s, with a smattering of LAV-IVs and Bisons. They wait for the order to launch on the tarmac. Meanwhile, another group of dropships takes off for ANL, another for Hattia.

"Aztec National League air control, this is Stork Alpha requesting landing clearance. We are fully equipped to transport up to 20,000 aid workers and their equipment in five flights, over."

Well, it would be nice if 500 million has been saved, but we saved less then 2 million, the others were either dead, infecting, or not found.

Oh......I did not realize the scope of the disaster.

Well, if we can hold 500 million we certainly can hold 2 million.

Also, it is possible, during their hybernation, to get rid of their memories of the war. Although it is not exactly recommended, it is an option.

We are only housing orphans now, as our families were just sent off to a settlement. And, we would suggest not having that option. They should not forget it, for the sake of their nations future.
