Meat Cut Charts

These charts are a great resource to help you understand where brisket, pork butt, and other cuts of meat are located on the animal.

For a professional-looking reference card that will last for years, print a beef and pork chart double-sided on a thick sheet of paper on a color printer, and have it laminated at a store like Postal Annex or The UPS Store (formerly Mail Boxes Etc.).

To download these files to your PC, right-click on the chart or hyperlink and click "Save Target As..." in the pop-up menu.
