Dru is disappointed that Malcolm isn't more excited about the photo shoot, but Malcolm knows that if Neil knew the truth he would be angry. When Olivia finds out about this conspiracy she tells both Malcolm and Dru that they are making a big mistake. When the two leave for Bermuda, Neil and Lily stay on for dinner at Olivia's place. They discuss how important family is. In fact, Neil feels he needs to have another talk with Dru to enforce his priorities. When Dru arrives home, she is thrilled to see her family, but when Neil starts in about her career, she is furious.

Nikki wants Joshua to take her to the Colonnade Room for dinner.

Victor buys a new dress for Hope and takes her to the Colonnade Room to celebrate the holidays. Cole takes Victoria to the Colonnade Room to try and restore their marriage.

When Nikki spots Victor paying so much attention to Hope, she can't help but think how things might have been. When Vicki sees her parents at the restaurant, she asks Cole to take her home. She feels like she is in a fishbowl. Once back at the ranch, they end up making love.

When Danny comes over to see little Daniel, Phyllis comes out of the shower buck naked to greet him. When she supposedly realizes that she has no clothes on, she rushes into the bedroom to grab a robe. Danny thinks he is actually having romantic feelings for Phyllis and asks her if he can move back in...but take things very slow. Phyllis is ecstatic. Christine is stunned when she hears this and wonders if she should tell Danny about all of Phyllis's little pranks.

Jack finds Diane at the Lodge and persuades her to dance with him. She is reluctant at first, but then melts into his arms. They officially agree to go on seeing each other and hopefully Ashley will come around.

Ashley is astonished when Katherine tells her that her rescuer is Kurt, the man she met at Kay's house.

When Grace goes to the ladies room, Tony takes the opportunity to look in her purse where he finds the picture of Nick. She tells him he is just an acquaintance. She doesn't tell him that she wishes it could be a lot more.
