The 49ers play the last game of the NFL regular season Monday when they host the Detroit Lions. What the game means to Jerry Rice, pictured, and the 49ers will be determined Sunday. If Carolina wins that day, the Panthers wrap up the NFC West title and make the 49ers a wild-card team.
