OS/2 Warp Server Product Content
The primary design goal for OS/2 Warp Server is to produce an OS/2 based offering, best suited for use as a platform for server side applications. Key to this goal is the inclusion of network enabling technologies including the following network capabilities:
Many of these capabilities are available from existing, separate IBM products. But with OS/2 Warp Server, many of these component products have been enhanced and tested for maximum integration. The result is an operating system platform supporting a wide variety of server side function and services.A key objective of OS/2 Warp Server is to pull together these capabilities into a single, integrated package while at the same time, making key functional enhancements to the included components. OS/2 Warp Server is not simply a collection of existing products.

Additionally, a key component to this offering is an integrated install program (see "OS/2 Warp Server Install" under Content Details section) that can install the OS/2 Warp operating system and all of the major server components in a single install step.
