Account Representative - Graphic Designer - HTML Designer
Manager, Marketing Communications - Sales Support Representative
Senior Software Developer - Software Developers

Account Representative Candidate will be responsible for managing new and existing accounts to ensure strong relationships with key clients. Candidate will generate sponsor campaign reports as well as track and support client campaigns. Also, candidate will support proposal development and schedule banner campaign.

A Bachelor's degree is required. Candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills and sales support experience. Proficiency in a PC environment is a must. Strong candidates will have experience in proposal development and large account management.

Graphic Designer In this position, you will be responsible for designing banners and updating web site graphics. You will work closely with the HTML Designer and other departments to develop marketing and sales collateral.

You will produce banner graphics for LinkExchange and select advertising customers, as well as adjust and improve these graphics based on their measured performance in online advertising.

As the Graphic Designer, you must have a background in HTML and Photoshop. Familiarity with other graphic design tools is a plus. Also, you will have strong design skills and artistic ability. Ability to work in a PC environment and use Windows 95 and/or Windows NT is a must. Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines is critical.

HTML Designer
In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining our existing web site and creating new LinkExchange web sites and pages. You will work closely with marketing and customer support to produce web pages that meet the requirements of the different groups. Also, you will be responsible for integrating your work with the efforts of engineers and graphic designers.

As the HTML Designer, you must have a background in HTML, Photoshop, and other graphic design tools. Also, you will have strong design skills and artistic ability. You will have the ability to work in a PC environment and use Windows 95 and/or Windows NT. You must be able to meet tight deadlines and be detail oriented. Experience with Perl and CGI scripting is a plus.

Manager, Marketing Communications
Candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing all aspects of marketing communications and corporate marketing activities. Candidates will be responsible for developing and managing key messages as well as manage an effective integrated marketing communications plan. Also, as the Manager of Marketing Communications, candidate will determine staffing needs and budgeting requirements as well as act as a liason within the company.

Candidate will manage the design/copywriting of collateral, marketing pieces, proposals, and interactive and presentation tools. Candidate will manage outside vendors, ad agencies and designers.

A Bachelor's degree or higher is required. Candidate must have a minimum 4-5 years of marketing experience working with an interactive, Internet, or new media organization. Candidates will also have strong project and staff management experience as well as excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Candidate must have a proven marketing track record and demonstrate initiative.

Sales Support Representative
Candidate will generate and qualify leads, generate pre-buy sales data, update and manage sales collateral. Candidate will be responsible for providing our Friends support in processing credit card requests and answering basic support questions via e-mail. Also, candidate will be responsible for generating daily and monthly sales reports and support sales campaigns and promotions.

In addition, candidate will manage online sales content and sponsor testimonials. Candidate will be responsible for maintaining our Cool Sites page and our media kits.

A Bachelor's degree or higher is required. Candidate will have strong verbal and written cammunication skills and sales support experience. Proficiency in a PC environment, HTML, and database queries/development is a must. Strong candidates will be familiar with the infrastructure of a sales department and have experience working with outside vendors and online credit card transactions.

Senior Software Developer
In this position, you will be responsible for installing, designing, and administrating an Oracle or Informix database, which will be a mission-critical component in providing high-speed and high-quality services to our members. In addition, as a Senior Software Developer you will help develop our leading-edge ad server technology and utilize your leadership skills to guide development strategies with the rest of our team.

A Bachelor's degree of higher in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is required. Also, a background in C, SQL, and Oracle or Informix installation and administration is required. Experience with SQL Server, Perl, HTML, C++, or Java is a plus.

Software Developer
In this position, you will utilize Internet technologies to develop applications for our expanding range of member services, including our proprietary ad server technology. You will also help develop applications for our internal delivery team, such as our intranet-based sales management system. As part of our development team, you will also help plan development strategies with other energetic and talented engineers.

A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is required. Also, a background in C and HTML is required. Experience with UNIX, Perl, C++, or Java is a plus.

Software Developer
In this position, you will develop Perl and shell scripts to provide technical solutions for our Service and Operations team. This includes scripts that interact with our ad servers, database, and web site. An ability to communicate and manage various projects is essential to success. As part of our development team, you will help plan development strategies with other energetic and talented engineers.

A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or relevant technical field is required. Also, a background in Perl, CGI, and HTML is required. Experience with SQL, DOS batch files, UNIX shell scripts, and an intense dislike of awk is a plus.
