Bill Younker, President and CEO

As President and CEO of Submit It!, Younker is responsible for strategic relationships, marketing strategy, business development and sales.

Prior to co-founding the company, he was vice president of marketing for ACSYS, Inc., a networking products subsidiary of AMP, Inc., where he held world-wide responsibility for strategic and product marketing.

Before ACSYS, Younker was marketing director at Atex, a leading supplier of pre-press systems to the newspaper and magazine industry, where he was responsible for PC software products. Previously, he held several marketing and sales positions at Data General where he directed the company's worldwide independent software vendor (ISV) strategy and programs.

He has a BA from Colby College and an MBA from Boston College Graduate School of Management.

Larry Gormley, Vice President, Product Development

As Vice President of Product Development of Submit It!, Gormley is responsible for product strategy, development and management.

Prior to co-founding Submit It!, he was managing director of ACSYS' networking services business unit where he led the engineering, support and product marketing organizations.

Previously, Gormley was technical director for Mission Critical Technologies, Inc., a venture-backed company providing marketing and advertising software for media companies. At Mission Critical he led the design and development of the company's first set of products. Prior to Mission Critical, he held various product development and product management positions at Atex, Inc.

Gormley has a BS from Boston College, an MS in computer science from Northeastern University, and an MBA from Babson College.

Scott Banister, Vice President, Technology

As Vice President of Technology of Submit It!, Banister develops new product ideas and helps define the company's strategic direction.

Banister created the original free Submit It! product while an undergraduate at the University of Illinois in Champaign. It quickly became the world's most popular Web site announcement service.

Prior to co-founding the company, he was founder and VP of Technology of SponsorNet New Media, where he helped build the first banner advertising network for Web sites, SponsorNet, and the first online auction for banner advertising space, Media Market.

Banister was pursuing a BS in computer science from the University of Illinois before leaving during his sophomore year to devote his energies to Submit It! Inc.
