JT's appearance on "Later With Jools Holland" will repeat on Saturday, February 28 at 12:45 a.m. on England's BBC 2. JT will sing "Line 'Em Up" and later "Fire and Rain" with Jools Holland on the piano. Thanks to Hans Peters for the tip.
JT Online Anniversary
Thanks to Mitch Knowles for pointing out that James Taylor Online had its 4th birthday on Saturday. I put a very primitive version of the site on the web on February 21, 1994. Thanks to all of you for the encouragement I've received over the years.

JT On "Motown 40"
Greg Benson wrote to say that JT is expected to sing at least part of Marvin Gaye's "Stubborn Kind of Fellow" on part two of the "Motown 40" special that airs tonight at 9 p.m. Eastern on ABC. Let's hope JT gets a bit more interview time in this half of the show.

JT's manager Cathy Kerr says JT will not attend the Grammys next week.
JT On Italian TV
JT will appear on the Italian show "IN TOUR" this Sunday, February 22 on RAITRE at 6 p.m. Thanks to Maurizio Malabruzzi for the tip.
I've heard from several sources that the August show in Sacramento is cancelled. It may be replaced by a Reno, NV show but it's not confirmed. As always, see the TOUR page for updates.
JT got a full 5 seconds of screen time on Sunday's episode of "Motown 40." The second part airs this Thursday at 9 p.m. Eastern on ABC. Maybe he's featured a little more prominently in that one.

Summer Tour Madness
For all of you who're trying to get tickets for shows later in the summer: Venues and ticket outlets generally deny knowing anything about a show until just before it goes on sale, so keep checking back. I don't understand why, but it always seems to work that way. Maybe they like getting lots of calls. If you don't have a contact number call the venue or the local Ticketmaster number, which should be in the phone book. As always, see the constantly-updated TOUR page for the latest tour information. Have a tip about tour dates or tickets for any show? Please let me know.
I've added photos from the gathering of JT Online regulars at the London shows. See the GALLERY page. Thanks, Sabine.
Also, the FAQ has had a minor update.

Summer Tour Dates Available
They're finally here. See the TOUR page for dates and venues. We're adding more details about tickets and sale dates all the time, but for now direct your questions to the venue. Please don't write asking for more information about specific shows. I believe the list we have is complete. And while shows do sometimes get added, please don't send any more mail asking me to get JT to come to your town. When asked how much input Joel Risberg has had on his tours, JT is reported to have muttered, "Joel who?"
Kate Taylor Appearance
JT's sister Kate will be performing two shows on Saturday, February 14 at the Firehouse Center For the Arts in Newburyport, MA. The shows are at 7:30 and 9:30. Call 978-462-7336 for tickets. Thanks to Corey Blake for the tip.
Carly on CNN
Carly will be on CNN's "Showbiz Today" on Monday, February 9 at 5:30 p.m. Eastern.

How To Buy Houston Show Tickets
A couple anonymous sources provided details about how anyone can order advance tickets for JT's June 13 and 14 shows at Houston's Woodlands Pavilion. Tickets are $35 and $15 and can be ordered from Ticketmaster at 713-629-3700. You'll need to know the secret code word, which is "Hourglass." Note: A full schedule and regular sales for other cities probably won't come for another month or so. We don't know the rest of the dates, so please be patient.
People Who Need People
Lots of folks wrote to tell me that JT is the subject of the crossword puzzle in the February 2 issue of People magazine.

Summer Tour Rumors Flying
Reportedly the Woodlands Pavilion outside Houston is already offering insiders tickets to June 13th and 14th shows there. That's all we know for now, so please don't write asking for more details about any U.S. dates. Summer tour information probably won't start coming in for a couple more months. Everything we know will always be posted on the TOUR page.
Carly on "The View"
