Welcome at the ISJ. The ISJ supplements regular journals by offering the following services :

We referee and publish scientific articles on the Internet in HTML, TeX, PDF,..Via the ISJ you can exploit the hypertext and multimedia character of the Internet to publish your findings.
The articles are stored on our server, once accepted for publication you cannot alter the content (unless your are allowed to add an errata).

Our services are FREE.

Students (grad and undergrad) can present their articles. We included a special section for them. Besides this, even if your articles is not accepted it will be mentioned in a special list.

Amateur scientists can present their ideas and research for scrutiny by professionals. The ISJ is a democratic scientific interface.
The ISJ has reference material at your disposal, you can consult textbook information directly on the Internet
