CD/DAM CD Replacements & Returns
If you have received a CD that plays poorly or will not play at all, please read our DAM CD FAQ . If the FAQ has not helped to solve your problem, you may choose to have us send you a replacement CD or you may return the CD for a full refund (minus shipping & handling charges).
If you believe that you have a defective CD, and you would like to have a replacement sent to you free of charge, please email CD Support.

T Shirt Exchanges & Returns
If you have received a T shirt that is defective, and you wish to exchange it free of charge, please go to the T Shirt Exchange Form.

Note: we cannot accept exchanges or returns of clothing items that have been washed or show obvious signs of wear.
