Sanity is Monolith's latest project, their first 3rd Person shooter, and the first to use the fabled LithTech 2.0 engine.

In Sanity, players will take the role of Nathaniel Cain, a government agent, and a pyro-kinetic (ability to spawn fire). Like Nate, the world is full of "Psionics," or ordinary people able to "generate immense energy emissions with their minds." Your goal is to stop a mysterious malevolent cult figure with 'a mind control device, definitely up to no good. There's more to it than that, just a summary.
