All that you ever wanted to know about one of the largest families on the face of the earth, and what makes them so incredibly special (although they may be an acquired taste for some). Such a wonderful family should be shared with the world!

We receive great reviews on being a family from many of our close friends, who support our efforts to share ourselves with the world. One recently said, "Yea, boy, I know the Geises. Which one of them did what now?" or "I love them dearly, but I would not entrust my pet to them when I go on vacation." (Sorry Smokey, wherever you are.)

 So you may be asking yourself, What is the story with this so-called Geise family, anyway? Well, our home page will try to shed a little light on the history of the Geises as well as attempt to chronicle the significant and not so significant happenings in our collective future. And if you know the Geises, there should be quite a few interesting happenings to chronicle. I should also provide a tiny disclaimer: Those Geises without Internet access may be picked on and the subject of compromising photos and information more than those with access to this home page.

 The current Geise of the month goes to our youngest candidate.  From the broad shoulders, he/she appears to be a future swimmer!!!  The picture speaks for itself.  Way to go Beth and Brad!

With all of the Geises out there you would think that we would have many photos. This area needs improvement, and a good solution is to have all Geises send any scanned photos they might have to the email address at the bottom of this page. They will be posted, I promise. Perhaps we can collect Geise photos from around the globe and create an international photo page. Now you can go and check out our Photo Page! So Dave McGourty, husband of Anne (Geise) McGourty, acquired Matt’s tickets for the Pittsburg game (11/16/96) to take his buddy Steve Espinoza to South Bend to watch the Irish return three punts for touchdowns in the 2nd quarter - too bad they were sitting in the opposite end zone. They attended the luncheon and the pep rally, they shook hands with Coach Holtz and wished him a good game, Dave had his photo taken with new head coach Bob Davie, and both had their photos taken in front of landmarks like the Golden Dome.

Edward Geise and girlfriend Dana tied the knot!!!  The ceremony took place at Stanford University Memorial Church on Oct 25, 1997.   Pictures coming soon!!!
