    in Saskatchewan at Regina's Victoria Square Safeway.

     Resources Corp. (PFI - ASE) have finalized the terms for a 
     second year of an agreement to joint venture seven exploration 
     permits in Slovakia.  Profile will fully fund the 1996 exploration 
     program on all seven GRR properties.  Profile will then have the 
     right in 1997 to continue earning an interest in any of the 
     properties Profile so selects.  The 1996 program will be focused 
     on drilling targets that were defined during the past season's 
     work.  Two core holes are planned at Hodrusa to evaluate the 
     north-south strike of the gold occurence found in 1995.  At 
     Uderina, a core hole program will further delineate the 
     mineralized the zone and attempt to extend its strike length. 
     Prochot, Breznicka, Cinobana and Kratke will also be drilled this 
     this year.  Work will commence on May 1.
