My name is John Race. I am a 35 year old father of two, and a life long resident of Orange County California. For almost 4 years I have been desperately trying to protect my son Andrew from child abuse. My primary motivation of
" protection " comes from the fact that I was Andrew's primary caretaker since birth. ( Mr. Mom ) As primary caretaker, it's my honor and duty to protect my child, standing firm for his interests.

My story begins at the end of my first marriage. My ex-wife, Christine Cariello , aka " Bio-Mother", became very abusive to Andrew and myself shortly after his birth. I asked year after year to get counseling, but Ms. Cariello refused. In fact the abuse only became worse. Ms. Cariello simply rejected her husband and child, becoming obsessed with alcohol, drugs, adultry, pathological lying, and supression of emotions.

The break down of the marriage was caused by Ms. Cariello's increasing mental illness. Ms. Cariello herself details the cause of her mental illness as being her own abusive childhood. Ms. Cariello has documented her mental illness in her own handwriting. See Exhibit D. Also See The Cariello Family : A Tradition Of Abuse.

The abusive childhood and mental illness of Ms. Cariello drove her to finally commit child abduction, child abuse, and 20 other serious " Criminal Acts " Ms Cariello has openly bragged about getting away with child abuse.

John Race, the ( Mr. Mom ) Father was in a very unique position to document the entire case. I was fully trained to 832 pc standards ( Police Officer Standards Of Training ) , and I have retained the positions of High Risk Armed Security Officer, Security Managment, Security Consultant, and Security Expert. I have remained in this field since the birth of my son Andrew in 1991. My objective was not to become a police officer, but to be available full time for my son Andrew.

Since I was trained to write reports, I fairly and objectively documented the entirety of this case. I began a daily log of events called " Exhibit B ", in which almost 2 years of child abuse is documented daily. This log includes names, addresses, telephone numbers, dates, times, places, events and observations. As the case and the abuse continued, so did the evidence. " See The Evidence List "

I assumed that because I had plenty of evidence this would be an easy case. I assumed that the " system " would take notice of the first abuse reports. However nothing could be further from the truth. What I ran into was absolute denial that child abuse even exists. Every doctor, psychologist and attorney strongly advised that " No accusations of child abuse are allowed ". In fact no alligations of anything are allowed at any time. Anyone who violates the " law " is punished by the system.

Everytime my child or myself reported or documented child abuse, we were punished. I have discovered the reason for this is that there is a profit motive associated with reporting child abuse. For a clearer understanding of the "Profit Of Abuse", see " The Mindset Of System Professionals"

Andrew is still terrified of Dr. Lee Madigan, the court appointed child psychologist. Andrew reported severe physical and sexual abuse to Dr. Madigan, and she shamed and scolded him for reporting sexual abuse. Everytime Andrew reported child abuse, Dr. Madigan called him a liar and tole him he was in trouble for saying "Jack touches my dinky (penis)" After 7 confirmed hospital reports of physical / sexual child abuse, Dr. Madigan concluded that quote, THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH AN ADULT MALE PULLING ON A CHILD'S PENIS, IT'S JUST THE WAY SOME MEN SHOW DOMINANCE AND CONTROL " ( See Lee Madigan, Mental Health Child Abuser )

The case went to a 730 evaluator, Dr. Liberman who simply agreed with Dr. Madigan. In fact, all the professionals concluded that no accusations of child abuse are allowed. Furthermore the fact that I documented this case was evidence that I was the problem, not the child abuser. Dr. Liberman concluded that there is nothing wrong with child abuse. Dr. Liberman conferred with Dr. Madigan that the Father must be punished for documenting and reporting child abuse.

I was ultimately punished for my reporting of child abuse on 9-16-97. The 50 % custody of my child was stripped away and awarded to the child abuser. I was placed on " monitored visits ", paying up to $ 100 per hour, 4 hours per week to see the son that I had raised. I was labeled and branded, no matter how many psychological exams I passed. This punishment is the result of documenting and reporting child abuse, and for no other reason.

Ultimately it took the publication of this website to stop the child abuse, and punishment from the professionals involved. The evidence published on this website is the exact documents given to every professional involved. For example Exhibit B was given to every professional involved in this case. With the same evidence open to the world, the professionals have exposed themselves as incompetent frauds. Furthermore the evidence shows the intent of the professionals to supress all child abuse evidence and punish those who report it.

Representing myself, I took my child abuse evidence directly to the court itself. I documented and confirmed the ascertions of the professionals that " No accusations or evidence of child abuse is allowed in court " . ( See The Current Custody Case ) After almost 2 years, the courts have absolutely refused any and all child abuse evidence. Furthermore the court has religiously maintained the punishment of the reporters of child abuse.

Commissioner Thomas Schulte refused child abuse evidence, and blatently denied Andrew and myself any due process of law. Commissioner Walter Posey refused any evidence or testimony of sexual abuse, and punished Andrew's Grandmother for even asking for custody. These events are documented in Custody Case 1999

After filing over $ 20 million dollars in lawsuits against Dr. Alan Liberman and Dr. Lee Madigan published world wide on the internet, the State of California's response continues to be the same. No accusations of child abuse are allowed in any court within the State of California in direct violation against constitutional due process of law. Furthermore the State of California has religiously continued the punishment and retaliation against the father John Lawrence Race for making child abuse alligations and publishing this website. This website is fufilling its' most prime directive of diffinitively proving why child abuse exists in our society.

Even after this website has published 2 years of evidence of child abuse, the minor child was again severely raped with the full knowledge and consent of every public and private official within the State of California. In fact as retaliation for this website, the State of California intentionally awarded custody to a known child abuser and is thus directly responsible for the minor child being severely sexually raped again.

I continue in my quest for custody of the child I raised full time. I will again ask the courts to consider 4 years of child abuse evidence and to award the care taker Father full custody. I personally invite the world to watch this case. This case is not an annomoly, but an example of most child abuse cases. My tragedy is the story of everyone involved in the family court system. It's a system designed for the generation of court ordered fees and fines, not justice, or the protection of children.

Therefore in the public's interest I have published 7,000 plus pages of documentation and evidence. By publicly documenting my case, I hope to expose and change the corrupt money driven system that perpetrates and condones child abuse. I am hopeful all parents may understand how and why child abuse is a state sponsored profit driven industry. The public needs to know they will be punished for "rocking the boat " of this " old boys network of profit ".
