Don't send it! Believe me, you will only feel worse after you don't get the reaction you want from him. I know this is soooooo hard, and I wish I could take my own advice sometime!
Just try to make it through one day, and then the next without contacting him in anyway. I know how hard it must be, being pregnant, but focus on you and your baby -- you cannot worry about why he doens't seem to care. He's the one with the problem and he WILL see that someday. But until he does, you can't change him.
Hang in there, I know it's so hard.
