Transportation :
We have allocated One bus and One Limousine car for every team delegation from the time they arrive at Beirut Airport to the date of their departure.
There will be also Limousines and Mini-Busses for AFC executive committee members and AFC officials.
The total number of cars available will be 220 with 30 mini bus and 18 busses.

Visas and Customs :
Visas will be granted for everybody applying for entry visa at any Lebanese Embassy fulfilling the required conditions according to the Lebanese Laws, but under main condition, that all passports must be clean from any Israeli authority stamp.

List of countries that citizen can have visa on the Beirut International airport :
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Holland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, England, Suisse, Norway, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Monaco, New Zeeland, Malta, Cyprus, Saoudi Arabia, Kuwait, UEA, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman.

Security & Safety :
The Lebanese Army and Police will be in charge of the safety and security of everybody, there will be security people et ell hotels and venues as well as police escorts with teams and officials.

Medical Services :
There will be a medical insurance policy for all teams and officials and the Asian Cup Championship in general. In addition to that we will have medical clinics in very hotel of teams, AFC members and guests, as well as in the three stadiums.

Airport reception :
The organizing committee will establish an office on the Beirut International Airport from the 1st of October till 31. The main object for this office is to assure all the facility required to all AFC personnel's, teams, VIP, Media etc… on arrivals and departures.
