Game Notes - Lady Bears vs. OSU

(1/30/01) The #20 Lady Bears come into Thursday's game after posting back-to-back wins over Top 25 teams. Baylor posted the program's first-ever victory over a top 10 team, defeating #7 Iowa State, 79-74, on Wednesday in the Ferrell Center then followed that performance by beating #17 Texas 73-51 on Saturday.
The Cowgirls are 10-8 on the season and 2-5 in Big 12 play. They are unranked but are receiving votes in the AP poll. - more -
