Undergraduate and Graduate Programs
for Accomplished Individuals.
An important first question.
Is Columbia Pacific University really for you?
CPU students complete independent projects & directed readings,
& an extensive independent study project (thesis or dissertation),
guided in a personalized and dignified way
by a "faculty mentor."
The University's primary mission is to offer degree programs with a "wholistic" orientation to accomplished mature individuals seeking undergraduate or graduate degrees in Arts & Sciences, Administration & Management, or Health & Human Services. Self-paced scheduling and life-achievement credit evaluation are included in the Columbia Pacific University program.
Columbia Pacific University serves a select constituency (the unique woman and man who has the vision and courage to be entrepreneurial, creative, and iconoclastic). To be admitted, an applicant must have established a career focus and demonstrated a capacity to learn from higher education. CPU's curriculum is designed for self-paced learning at a distance based on the importance of Individuality,Integration, and Independent Study.
Most of our students are working professionals.
Our undergraduate and graduate students work on many different degree programs--every program is individually tailored to each individual student's interests and needs. Most of our students are at the Master's- and Doctoral-program levels.
