Meet Mr. Massacre

Once US Diplomat William Walker Covered them Up; and Now He Makes them Up

Mark Ames and Matt Taibbi

Years from now, when the war in Serbia is over and the dust has settled, historians will point to January 15, 1999 as the day the American Death Star became fully operational.

That was the date on which an American diplomat named William Walker brought his OSCE war crimes verification team to a tiny Kosovar village called Racak to investigate an alleged Serb massacre of ethnic Albanian peasants. After a brief review of the town's 40-odd bullet-ridden corpses, Walker searched out the nearest television camera and essentially fired the starting gun for the war.

"From what I saw, I do not hesitate to describe the crime as a massacre, a crime against humanity," he said. "Nor do I hesitate to accuse the government security forces of responsibility."

We all know how Washington responded to Walker's verdict; it quickly set its military machine in motion, and started sending out menacing invitations to its NATO friends to join the upcoming war party.

How Russia responded is less well-known. One would assume that it began preparations for a diplomatic strategy in the event of war, which it probably realized was inevitable. But in Russia's defense and intelligence communities, the sight of William Walker uncovering Serb atrocities on television almost certainly provoked a different, and more dramatic, reaction. It probably sent a chill up the community's collective spine, and pushed its generals into rapid preparations for a new cold war with the United States. As connoisseurs in the art of propaganda and the use of provacateurs, they recognized a good job when they saw one. And, more importantly, they knew who William Walker was.

I wanted to post this article ages ago, but was unable to find it in the eXile Vault. Now that the page has been redone and is searchable, here it is.

And, more importantly, they knew who William Walker was.

Sad to say, the Danes didn't seem to know W Walker, and they bought everything he said, hook line and sinker, had to tell them that Walker is the one the US sends, when they need a whopper told.

Walker would soon briefly join his boss under the public microscope. According to information contained in Independent Counsel Lawrence Walsh's lengthy indictment of Abrams and Oliver North, Walker was responsible for setting up a phony humanitarian operation at an airbase in Ilopango, El Salvador. This shell organization was used to funnel guns, ammunition and supplies to the Contra rebels in Nicaragua.

Despite having been named in Walsh's indictment (although he was never charged himself) and outed in the international press as a gunrunner, Walker's diplomatic career did not, as one one might have expected, take a turn for the worse. Oddly enough, it kept on advancing. In 1988, he was named ambassador to El Salvador, a state which at the time was still in the grip of U.S.-sponsored state terror.

Do you think that this might mean a connection between Bubba, Bush, and Walker (if you know what I Mena, er mean)?

Yeah, between Walker and that CNN Persian she-male, Christiane Amanpour...!

Europeans are such American-bashers, but they certainly become compliant little whores when the U.S. merely looks at them. Pathetic.

There are certain events that stand out in infamy in this Balkan fiasco. One is the Walker connection which was the excuse needed for the intervention. Another is the diplomatic go-ahead by Secretary of State Warren Christopher with the German foreign minister Kinkel for the Croat fascists to invade Serbian Krajina. That more than 200,000 Serbs were ethnically cleansed and 14,000 killed points up the insidiousness of the U.S. involvement. The fact that there is a present policy (tacitly or otherwise) of Serbian cleansing in Kosovo (with economic cleansing to boot)makes this story a sorry puzzle piece in this sordid state of affairs. Why am I left longing for the days of Marshal Tito?

This thread is what prompted me to put this up. It may have some anwers to your questions.

The entire State Department thrust for "self determination" coupled with that "bad colonial boundaries" story over the last 30 years has destroyed the heterogeny of many a composite nation. The first thing that happens when a nation breaks into homogeneous substates is that the fragments can go to war over past grievances without any source of common restraint. Look at the former Soviet Union. The breakup could have happened a whole lot more amicably or might have been avoided had the US worked to assist with the establishment of the rule of law instead of running in to plunder cheap resources. We may end up paying dearly for the current state of affairs.

We might have instead worked to propagate the blessings of a Constitutional Republic.

Another consequence of the policy is to democratize the planet into so many numerous countries that the angry mob will consist of microscopic despots, voting themselves favors before the UN Colosus with the taxpayers in what is left of America as the patsy.

A Machiavellian divide and conquer pogrom. Have smaller nation-states with alliances supported by giving vent and resources to their nationalist sentiments irregardless of principle and morality. Hobbesian and Machiavellian to the core.

From the RPC post mentioned above

"The Dog Days of August"

"The foregoing, the premise of the recent film Wag the Dog, might once have seemed farfetched. Yet it can hardly escape comment that on the very day, August 17, that President Bill Clinton is scheduled to testify before a federal grand jury to explain his possibly criminal behavior, Commander-in-Chief Bill Clinton has ordered U.S. Marines and air crews to commence several days of ground and air exercises in, yes, Albania as a warning of possible NATO intervention in next-door Kosovo."

The Trepca mines were taken over on August 14th.

War Criminal willy clinton's birthday is August 19! Was all this timed as a birthday present for the King Of the World?

If the Serbian people were not so kind within face of their own destruction they would be eliminating some of these people guilty of destroying former YU. When the NWO leaders know that they can't get away with murder then the world will be much safer for all ethnic groups. I guess it up to the Serbian people to show the rest of the world how to fight for self-determination, freedom. I salute the Serbian heroes that are standing up to fascist coalition made up of the western European countries and few Arabic countries that were directly responsible for taking advantage of the end to the cold war for personal gains.

As for Mr. William Walker I think the Serbian's should be able to find plenty South American's that would be glad to for a small fee if not for free to eliminate this human waste whom is used by NWO to cover up destruction of innocent lives.

Well LOL! What a compliment for the PR firms employed by NATO. They have now surpassed their NAZI and Communist mentors in mastering effective propaganda. Freightening thought that NATO has such an effective weapon in its arsenal and is willing to use it.

The thing I thought pertinent about this article was not that it was a hoax but that everybody knew it.

That was one of the handy things about the Gulf of Tonkin. It was in the ocean, a much easier place to control the news and perpetuate a farce. LBJ was a pro. Clinton doesn't care if anybody knows.

This is one of the things that makes Bubba dangerous. He delights in rubbing salt in the wounds. He builds hatreds and sows the seeds of future conflict, throwing his weight around wherever he goes with a callous ruthlessness that is breathtaking to the most hardened dictator. It's diplomacy by the "thumb in the eye" treatment. It was the same in India/Pakistan, it's the same with bombing the Chinese Embassy, the Sudanese, and Afganistan. He can even use starvation and death to tread water as he is in Iraq. He has vaproized what was left of our national moral capital. It is his worst accomplishment as President and may in fact be his most enduring legacy.

"Clinton doesn't care if anybody knows."

Don't give Clinton too much credit. He does care if the Sheeple were to find out, but he needs only three friends to make sure that 80% of them will never know the truth.

Those friends are ABC, NBC and CBS. They have been very very good to Bill Clinton. He could have never done it without a lot of help from his friends.

fact that the United States didn't even care to avoid the appearance of impropriety in its search for Serb atrocities says a lot about our approach to international relations. It says, "Go ahead and think the worst about us. We don't care. We've got more bombs than you do.

And when the pay-back is terrorism here, the sheople will be glad to have the UN troops on every corner.

It's a good article. William Walker is simply a thug. On the day he went to Racak, he hand-picked the reporters who went with him. He tried to stop Yugoslav reporters from accompanying his party. Once he arrived in Racak, he was greeted by the KLA, who took him to the ditch where they had already dumped the bodies for the benefit of photographers.

While Walker was in Kosovo with the OSCE, he and other Americans drove out regularly to inform the KLA of Serbian police positions, all in an effort to provoke a conflict.

William Walker deserves nothing less than prosecution as a war criminal.

Do you think that this might mean a connection between Bubba, Bush, and Walker (if you know what I Mena, er mean)?

It only took you until post# 5 to make that connection. The article is incomprehensible to me. What was the U.S./NATO objective via Russia by their Serbian military action? How did it relate to his activities in Central America? And ... just spell it out. What was George W. Bush, or is father's, role in William Walker's Serbian activities? I admire your obvious mastery of this seemingly whimisical Machiavellian web that William Walker was involved in. Can you summarize it for me?

I had to re-read the article. It was like listening to a Beatles record backwards .... twice. First, there was no chance in hell that the Russians were going to be militarily involved in this. They couldn't logistically support the efforts of their troops mired in the breakaway southern states. They know Clinton; that he's as corrupt and crass and reckless as they are. This was a political ploy to deflect Clinton's domestic problems. It's the kind of cynical campaign that the Russian officials can appreciate. In fact, events transpired that they were the first to seize control of the Kosovan airport. Imagine that?

Carry, why is this article of interest to you? There must be something more complex than some theory that the Kosovan affair was an attempt to draw Russia into a nuclear confrontation that would precipitate a global government. Orchestrated by some rogue named William Walker who, through his prior activities, was obviously an agent of a Bush/Clinton/NWO cabal. That certainly is not the proposal here. Is it?

Good questions and lots of them, to which no one alive has definitive answers. I do have some useful possibilities and speculations. I do like baiting the hook to see if I get any useful tid bits in return.

LOL! No Bush massa me! I have no idea what is the involvement of Bush-the-younger, if any. Nor did I intimate such. There are, however, likely connections between Walker and GHWB. No proof yet, and not my first interest, as you perhaps know unless you are baiting me :-)

First, there was no chance in hell that the Russians were going to be militarily involved in this. They couldn't logistically support the efforts of their troops mired in the breakaway southern states.

True for now... but now they hate us to a man, and have nothing to lose. Kosovo did that much. The Russians are rearming; using money now financed by high oil prices (thank you Clinton) with R&D money originally coming from funds supplied to supposedly decomission nuclear weapons! Russian arms and Chinese bodies makes for a potent combination. N'est ce pas?

They know Clinton; that he's as corrupt and crass and reckless as they are. This was a political ploy to deflect Clinton's domestic problems. It's the kind of cynical campaign that the Russian officials can appreciate. In fact, events transpired that they were the first to seize control of the Kosovan airport. Imagine that?

The Russians are corrupt. They are not reckless. They are defensive and needed to make a move to stay in play. So they made one. The NATO action in Kosovo was prepared long before Monica Lewinski. All she did was pull the trigger, uh, so to speak.

No. William Walker is a hired gun, perhaps from a long line of same, familiar to, and possibly RELATED to GHWB. Therein lies a story that I'll get to in a moment; but first, why Kosovo?

There are numerous possibilities here for motives in Kosovo and my propensity is "all of the above" seeing as it adheres to my first rule of politics:

Nothing big and bad ever goes on for very long unless both sides are dirty.

This story has all the earmarks of a battle between two mob factions of the same NWO.

First, the Iran Contra connection did involve drug running to finance foreign policy actions not funded by Congress; a classic CIA MO. This is a history that includes Laos, Afghanistan, Nicaragua, and now Kosovo/KLA. The Russian mob was making serious inroads in Europe. Perhaps reinforcing the KLA was a way of keeping the money at home? Remember, the Mafia was the P-4 Masonic Lodge of Messina, Italy. Uh lessee, dope, Masons, money... Oh yeah. Second is the connection to British Investment Bankers, Soros, et al. and their insatiable desire to control currency, energy, and precious metals. Kosovo has productive silver, gold, and coal mines. (Note the link to the other thread that I posted in this regard above.) A third Clintonian rationale is to provoke the Russians abet their current perception of provocation by US and British proxies in Georgia and other microstates in the Caucasus over… oil, the biggest puddle since the Saudi Peninsula, life and death to the cash flow financing Russian military ambitions, and the threat of death in the sense of their fear of Islamic unity on their Southern front.

Yet another candidate theory is the propensity of Democratic administrations to run down the military and then get us into wars, using up the last hardware we have and running the entire machine into deficit. Where better to get the US military into a morass than the Balkans. To get that going they needed a "justification" and Walker was an experienced and reliable man who knew precisely how to do the job. Finally, the only consistent element of Clinton foreign policy has been to give aid and comfort to the rapprochement of the Russo/Chinese axis and what better way to do that than to supply a common grievance. You DO know that GHWB’s brother Prescott Bush is, along with Dr. Kissinger a major player in setting up the transfer of American manufacturing capability to China?

Lots of reasons, probably all of them have constituents. So, Kosovo!

Now lest you think that the GHWB cohort was new in China, in 1903, Yale Divinity School set up a program of schools and hospitals in China. Mao Zedong was among the staff. During the intrigues of China in the 1930s and '40s, American intelligence called upon the resources of "Yale in China", and George Bush's cousin and fellow "Bonesman" Reuben Holden. OK… so GHWB, dope money, oil money, China, and Central America. Are you ready? Isn't this fun?

Now as to why Walker, Bush-the-elder and all that. There is a mix of histories here and one WILD speculation that has enormously juicy implications I am still investigating.

Here is something I would really like to know more about. There was apparently in ol' GHWB's ancestry a certain Captain Walker who led a group prior to and during the Civil War in California known as the Knights of the Golden Circle (boy would I like to know if they were masons too). Their objective was to separate California, Utah/Nevada, and Arizona into a separate nation and use the gold and silver in order to finance the takeover of all Central America, the Caribbean, and northern South America (aka the Golden Circle). When Honest Abe (at first an Illuminati, later converted to Christianity) sent a small army to put the kabosh to that idea Mr. Walker fled to… Nicaragua where he established himself as dictator, there meeting an untimely though richly deserved demise. As you probably know, the foreign service and the CIA have been the province of an Eastern clique led in part by Yalies since forever. Was this keeping it all in the family? I’m woikin' on findin' out.

GHWB once ran the CIA, was Charge d'Affaires (as I recall) in China and was Reagan’s veep at the time of Iran/Contra. Was that his first contact with The Company and dope dealing? I doubt it. There is apparently abundant indication that he was involved in "Golden Triangle" operations since the '50s. He WAS squarely complicit with regard to Central American Contra activities financed by cocaine as coincidentally was Mr. Walker who did work with that Bush surrogate and paragon of virtue, Ollie North. That possibly puts Walker in Mena, Arkansas. Now is it not just a wild coincidence that immediately after Bush’s administration, the governor of Arkansas who is WELL documented to have intimate knowledge of the cocaine trade through that state and perhaps for the cover up of the Mena drop point comes from nowhere to successfully run for President? He show due know how to cover up! Perhaps he had something on ol George? Perhaps he had an acquaintance with Mr. Walker? He is known to reward loyalty.

Is it?

No. In the case of this article in particular, I have a basic interest in justice. I enjoy the back-handed and sensitive compassion that is peculiar to the eXile. I despise criminal thugs in charge of our government who think themselves inherently superior. But it's more than that. Kosovo is a very small piece in a very big puzzle about which I know very little but would love to know a whole lot more.

Now you know that it’s REALLY complex. Do you have any tinfoil?

This article interests me for a lot of reasons, not the least of which is an interest in a grand sweep of history going back 6,000 years. That history ties together ancient pagan connections between Babylon, through southern Asia, and into Central America. The pagans among us have not forgotten their millennium of hiding and they are growing very powerful in every facet of our nation, mainly by seducing our children through the pleasures of the body and the belief in personal divinity as the source of power. Speaking of pleasures and delusions…

The dope business and the gold trade from Central America go back to ancient Egypt, the Phoenicians, and Israel. Paganism of course to Babylon (which is why we have Ishtar eggs every spring). There have been cocaine samples found in hair samples from mummified remains. Runes and glyphs carrying a unified symbology are far too common to be an accident, representing instead a diffusion of a unified philosophical tradition the world over, now reemerging in the Christian West. The pagan traditions of the Gnostics have infiltrated the very fabric of Western Christian culture, through Freemasonry, to the Banks and foundations of NWO plutocrats, to the United Nations, into public schools, and now Gobble Grubbamint. Environmental laws are the prime agency that gives Global Governance its clout. The pagan traditions of earth worship through maternal personification are propagating at breathless speed into every aspect of our lives.

My work, as perhaps you know, has focused upon the illegitimacy of civic monopoly in environmental management as an agent of the public claim to healthy ecosystem function. It offers a workable alternative based upon risk management, private certification, and civic respect for unalienable property rights. For it is not in the worship of nature that I see the structure and strategy of environmental law, quite the contrary. I see environmental destruction and military strategy with the object being Christian genocide.

There is no easier way to enslave a nation than through food, water, and energy. Cities are very fragile human environments. Environmental laws and WTO de facto subsidies are fast making our nation more dependent upon foreign sources of food and energy, driving people into urban areas and grabbing control of sanitized inter-regional transportation corridors (scenic byways); destroying dams and hydroelectric and nuclear generating capacity, grabbing control of every inch of river and therefore every square inch of soil in the name of controlling nonpoint silt pollution. The NWO types can make money on this simple strategy the whole time by locking up competing resources and pushing up the value of their producing assets through constrained supply against demand augmented by immigration. The GM food drive is capable of ending food production in short order due to Terminator technology.

To take over and maintain dominance, all they need is motivated manpower. Witness the pagan component of the Reconquista movement. The Communist Chinese have had very long associations in Mexico and once offered to support military action against the US. Is that an accident or part of a very long strategy? Will the US have the military capability to maintain simultaneous actions in the Middle East, the Balkans, the Korean peninsula, Colombia, the Taiwan Strait, AND our southern border? Release a few diseases into the cities, make the wildlands completely incapable of supporting people depriving them of forest and farmland, infest them with virulent insects, weeds, and predators, and watch... The rats are increasingly adapted to warfarin. Is it the Agenda 21 or the Agenda 14? How long would it take? Where would you run? How far would you get?

Now, what did it say in Revelation?

My purpose here is to put together clues into a coherent picture so that I know where to investigate next. What you just read was bits and pieces of facts and speculation strung together in a plausible fashion. That's history. I have NO IDEA if all this stuff is in fact a prelude to a final battle or indicative of something else. It does make a cool story. If it is coherent and true, I do want to know the players, the timing, and see the coming of the end game in any such historic battle between Satan and God which I think increasingly likely. In that event, I want to follow my calling and perhaps deflect the current direction of self-fulfilling prophecy as engendered through a hierarchy of self-deception. I do want a better world for my kids.

So?

Captain Walker who led a group prior to and during the Civil War in California known as the Knights of the Golden Circle (boy would I like to know if they were masons too).

There is mention in the linked article of the elder Mr. Walker's affinity for Marx, Massini, and Garibaldi. Massini led the P-4 Masonic lodge. That shoe fits for further exploration.

When Honest Abe (at first an Illuminati, later converted to Christianity) sent a small army to put the kabosh to that idea Mr. Walker fled to… Nicaragua where he established himself as dictator, there meeting an untimely though richly deserved demise.

That was the second hand story as I recalled that I was told, the original source being a distant relative of Mr. Walker's (and thus also of Mr. Bush) relating a family oral history (with held out of respect for privacy).

This is apparently in part false, perhaps more my recollection of the conversation than anything else. Buchannan was President at the time Walker was under fire. The rest of it jibes with much of what I have on the Knights of the Golden Circle.

I'll keep digging.

Wasn't William Walker also the name of the American who declared himself "king" of Nicaragua in the 19th century?

Kind of ironic given the later Walker's CIA record in Nicaragua and other Central American states.

That is precisely correct. I think it not a coincidence. There is every reason to send a guy in the foreign service to a country where he might have family connecitons. No?

GOLD MINE!!!

Albert Pike joined the The Knights of the Golden Circle fresh from his trip to Europe to meet Mazzini. William Walker the elder had also done a stint in Europe, and was (according to some of the writings I have found) heavily influenced by Mazzini and Marx. Both were true believers in Manifest Destiny and slavery.

The Knights of the Golden Circle were a Masonic/Illuminati Secret society and the direct pregenitors of the KKK (circle in Greek is kuklus). The capital of the Golden Circle was to be... Havana!

Shall we add the Maine to our list of war-inducing hoaxes???

I'll keep digging

I'll pile on with some excerpts from the latest issue of "Arab-Asian Affairs" which concentrates on Kosovo.

Carry_Okie ... kudos. Thank you for your kind response to my overly-sarcastic inquiries. You are obviously an informed and intelligent person ... good luck in your endeavors. Hey, you enticed me to read the item twice!!! ;>) Look, Gallileo and Copernicus didn't convert the dullards overnight either. I'm still in a sun cirling the earth mode. But, I do know that anything is possible in the web of power and money ... don't give up. Best Regards.

Yup. There's conspiracy and then there's common sense. Sometimes it's both!

Thanks, FRiend, for the bump. Hoaxes, disinformation campaigns and provocations by Agents have lit the fuse for more wars in the past five centuries than have legitimate diplomatic and military grievances...
