SUMMARY OF WITNESS #4 TESTIMONY

Around 4:00 am on January 5, 2000, things were very quiet and he was patrolling his community and listening to police radio traffic. He overheard radio traffic advising Lebanon to verify what the Highland businessman had seen. As the object moved from Lebanon to Shiloh, he thought it might be coming his direction so he drove to a vacant lot and began looking for the object. He observed lights from passing aircraft high above. He turned his head and there was the object about 500–1000 feet in the air approximately ½ mile away, moving slowly over the village. He believed the object to be approximately 20 feet thick, shaped like an arrowhead, with a concave rear end. He observed a white light on each corner, one in the middle, and a red light on the bottom. All across the back of the object was a dim white strobe light flashing. The object basically made no noise, although he heard a faint low buzzing noise coming from the object. He got out of his police car, retrieved a Polaroid camera from the trunk, and took a picture of the object. Because of the cold night, the camera's motor froze and the picture came out as only three lights. The object banked toward the town of Dupo. He lost sight of it over the trees as it was heading in a northwesterly direction.
