Under Licence No. 882999, Air Abegweit (1986) Ltd. (hereinafter the Licensee) is authorized to operate a Class 4 Charter domestic service using fixed wing aircraft in Group A, from a base at Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.
Under Licence No. 883000, the Licensee is authorized to operate a Class 9-4 Charter non-scheduled international service using fixed wing aircraft in Group A.
Under Licence No. 883001, the Licensee is authorized to operate a domestic service.
By letter dated November 8, 1989, the Licensee returned Licence Nos. 882999, 883000 and 883001 and requested that they be cancelled.
The Agency has reviewed the application and considers it appropriate to cancel Licence Nos. 882999, 883000 and 883001. The application is hereby approved.
Licence Nos. 882999 and 883001 are hereby cancelled pursuant to subsection 75(2) of the National Transportation Act, 1987, R.S.C., 1985, c. 28 (3rd Supp.), and Licence No. 883000 is hereby cancelled pursuant to subsection 97(2) of the National Transportation Act, 1987.
