Under Licence No. 883702, Okanagan Helicopters Ltd. carrying on business as Associated Helicopters is authorized to operate a domestic service.
Under Licence No. 883703, Okanagan Helicopters Ltd. carrying on business as Dominion-Pegasus Helicopters is authorized to operate a Class 9-4 Charter non-scheduled international service using rotating wing aircraft having a maximum certificated take-off weight not greater than 4,409 pounds and rotating wing aircraft having a maximum certificated take-off weight greater than 7,500 pounds but not greater than 18,000 pounds.
Under Licence No. 883704, Okanagan Helicopters Ltd. carrying on business as Dominion-Pegasus Helicopters is authorized to operate a domestic service.
By letter dated June 6, 1990, the solicitor for Okanagan Helicopters Ltd. requested the cancellation of Licence Nos. 883702, 883703 and 883704.
The Agency has reviewed the application and considers it appropriate to cancel Licence Nos. 883702, 883703 and 883704. The application is hereby approved.
Licence Nos. 883702 and 883704 are hereby cancelled pursuant to subsection 75(2) of the National Transportation Act, 1987, R.S.C., 1985, c. 28 (3rd Supp.) and Licence No. 883703 is hereby cancelled pursuant to subsection 97(2) of the National Transportation Act, 1987.
