___Row 1: 2 dc in 4th ch from hook, 1 dc in next ch, 2 dc in next ch, * ch 2, skip 1 ch, 1 sc in next ch, ch 2, skip 1 ch, 2 dc in next ch, 1 dc in next ch, 2 dc in next ch, repeat from * across, ch 1, turn : six 5-dc shells across.
___Row 2: * 1 sc in first dc of 5-dc shell, ch 3, 1 sc in 5th dc of same shell, ch 3, repeat from * across, end last repeat with 1 sc in 5th dc of last shell, ch 6, turn.
___Row 3: 1 sc in first ch-3 loop, * ch 2, 5 dc in next ch-3 loop, ch 2, 1 sc in next ch-3 loop, repeat from * across, end ch 2, 1 dc in last sc, ch 1, turn.
___Row 4: 1 sc in first dc, * ch 3, 1 sc in first dc of shell, ch 3, 1 sc in 5th dc of same shell, repeat from * across, end ch 3, 1 sc in 3rd st of turning-ch, ch 4, turn.
___Row 5: 4 dc in first ch-3 loop, * ch 2, 1 sc in next loop, ch 2, 5 dc in next loop, repeat from * across, end 4 dc in last loop. 1 dc in last sc, ch 1, turn. Repeat Rows 2 through 5 for pat, working to 90 inches or desired length from start, end with Row 5. Fasten off. With wrong sides of shells toward you, join yarn in first st of starting chain and work Rows 2 & 3 across to match other end. Fasten off.
