This week's MWO Whore of the Week is David Gergen.
In hyperbole more inflamed than a Bush facial cyst, Gergen gurgled on Chris Matthews' show that, while Democrats would be disappointed if the election is stolen by Bush (he didn't say stolen but that's because he's a media whore) - if Gore manages to become the president, Republicans are "ready to go to war".
What the hell is he talking about? If he thinks Democrats will accept a Bush presidency, he's out of his traitorous backstabbing mind.
Is ANYONE more consistently inaccurate in their predictions than David Gergen? Besides Dick Morris? Why in the hell does anyone give any air time to this vapid, babbling has-been who writes lousy books? Doesn't the title of his book, Eyewitness to Power, just scream "two-faced tell-all-book-writing whore"?
Of course Chris Matthews also loves to flame the fires of rightwing hysteria, and right on cue he put in his two cents worth on the matter - declaring that "The American People" will be more upset about military people possibly losing their vote than confused elderly people in Palm Beach.
Why, Chris? Is the vote of someone currently serving in the military somehow more important than that of a Holocaust survivor, or a WWII veteran living in Palm Beach?
Is that what "The American People" really think, Chris? Tell us, Chris, because we don't know what we think, and must rely on you, Chris to clue us in. Chris.
When will whores like Chris Matthews and David Gergen learn that "The American People" are REJECTING their bullshit? Didn't they learn from the 1998 elections, when all of their conventional wisdom was proven WRONG? Didn't they get the hint November 8 when, despite all of their months of savaging Al Gore, he won the election?
Are they blind?
But of course they are. Blind whores.

to William J. Bennett, MWO's Whore of the Week!
It seems Mr. Bennett was caught in his usual twisted, tangled web of hypocrisy last week after the story broke about George DWI Bush's criminal record. Bennett immediately began contorting himself like some self-righteous media whore version of a Gumby doll, the goal being to come up with some way of defending Bush without sounding like a hypocrite (chortle).
But he failed. Soon after the story broke, Bennett said on the Chris Matthews and Today shows that it was "different" than the Clinton cock story, because Bush admitted it (what the hell else was he going to do? There were court documents, dumbass!) - and there was "no reason to suspect" Bush had lied about the arrest.
Oops. Poor Bill should learn to do a little homework before running his big fat mouth. It seems Bush did lie about it. In fact, he looked the American people in the eye and lied.. (You see, whores like Bennett defined looking reporters in the eye as "looking the American people in the eye" back during the Lewinsky saga). So what was poor Mr. Bennett to do? Why, what all whores do. He moved the goalpost. On Faux News' O'Reilly Factor late Friday, Bennett again tried to distinguish Bush from Clinton, and said that Bush was "different" because he didn't lie...in front of a grand jury.
Aren't whores hilarious?
But the crowning moment of Bennett's whoredom - is the fun twist to his whole whorey story.. Remember when Bennett couldn't wait to condemn Joe Lieberman, just after his nomination for VP, for what Bennett called "selling out" to Hollywood? It was bullshit, of course - yet we all watched Bennett's dripping fangs emerge when he saw an opportunity to fuck over the man who trusted him and worked with him on common goals (goals to which we know only Mr. Lieberman was truly committed, given that Bennett is a whore and whores aren't committed to anything).
Anyway, the irony is that Lieberman was one of the most outspoken critics of Mr. Clinton during The Hunting of the President's Cock, even though he is on the same "team". Yet when Bennett the Whore was put to the same test, we saw his true, garish, whorish colors. He was nowhere to be found when it came to condemning Mr. Bush's putrid lies and deception - and in fact was one of the first out in front, making pathetic, insulting excuses for his smarmy, dishonorable and undignified candidate.
Thus, we can now all agree that William J. Bennett is a traitorous, immoral whore-o-crite, not worthy of uttering the name of the decent and honorable Mr. Lieberman, much less deserving of his friendship.

It seems
Timmy feigned the most Bill Bennettesque, hypocritical, self righteous (but we
repeat ourselves) outrage he could muster on Meet the Press Sunday, over the
stupid question Al Gore was asked regarding a preference for "leather or
lace". Poor Timmy couldn't
believe such a question was asked in the serious and sober context of a
presidential election...
But Timmy
himself is the worst offender when it comes to inane questions.
He asked the First Lady in her first Senate debate with Dick Lazio if
she owed America an apology for trusting her husband.
And Timmy, when given the opportunity in a one-on-one interview to ask
the Vice Leader of the Free World anything in the whole wide world - actually
asked him whether a pregnant woman on death row should have a right to
abortion - a question burning in the minds of all Americans.
Yes, Timmy
has more than earned the Whore of the Week distinction.
And if there were an award for "fastest decline in
credibility", Timmy would have a good chance of running away with that
one, too. Way to go, Timmy!
