Researcher says, "... we say that we want to prevent
placements and to facilitate family reunification when children are
placed, but our funding does the opposite." She goes
on to explain the reasons that families aren't get preservation or
reunification services as LACK OF FUNDING!

ABUSE If You Want To See Your Child!"
This Agency
Psychologist (paid by CPS) BLATANTLY states, "a parent must
acknowledge both the abuse of their children and take responsibility for
the abuse". He doesn't seem to care at all if the
parents are actually INNOCENT! "cases get hung up
when a parent adamantly denies ... the abuse" If
Parents don't eventually come around to his way of thinking... "if
a parent continues to deny these events, there is little chance for any
reunification" ...they DON'T get their children
back! Not exactly what I'd call DUE PROCESS.

On "ADMITTING ABUSE"
This comes from a CPS
Chief Counsel who BLATANTLY confirms, "the child protection
community is virtually united behind the concept that the parent must
acknowledge responsibility for the abuse ... before visitation or
contact can be re-established". He, like the
therapist above is UNCONCERNED about TRUTH, just getting an
"admission" to VINDICATE CPS for STEALING the child!

This foster woman
ILLEGALLY restrained a child.. "grabbed him and put him in
a grip lock and dragged him out of the clinic"...
giving the child a bloody lip in the process. When CPS arrived at
her door to investigate, they learned she had "been with
the County for many years" and everything was "swell".
Pulled
Hair in Clinic
This woman was
investigated for pulling a child's hair in a clinic and cursing at
her... "...in a clinic, I pulled a childs hair and cursed
at them...using the "f" word..". Despite
credible medical staff for witnesses, the claim was UNSUBSTANTIATED.

Ask About My Husband's Sex Toys"
After leaving a 12 year
old girl home ALONE, during which time she discovered pornography and "sex
toys", the foster woman GROUNDED the girl and sent her to
her room for asking questions about them... "the smart alec
came home from school yesterday and grilled me in this smart ass way
about them.. and my sex life, etc..."... "So...
I took away her bon fire party she was having next weekend for her
class...".

Could Just Strangle Him!"
Having a "high
stress day", the foster woman isolates herself in her room
with her email pal, stating "I could just strangle
him!" while her husband screams, "I don't
care if they ever come back!" Will they do the right
thing and report to their worker that these kids are at risk of abuse
due to their inability to manage them OR will they stick it out FOR THE
MONEY?
"My
Throat is Sore from Yelling at my Foster Child!"
Admitting she has ZERO
parenting skills, the foster
woman screams at an INNOCENT CHILD for hours... "My throat
ended up getting sore from "yelling" at him last week, and
then just now, he freaked out and I "got to" yell a little
more at him." ...because he spends too much time playing
with a yo-yo.

Demon Foster Child"
This foster woman uses
illegal restraint methods to control a foster girl, calls her a
"demon" and jokes about keeping the duct tape nearby.
Placement
BEFORE Training?
This comes from a VERY
HONEST foster woman who has the courage to tell the TRUTH about the poor
training she received. She states, "If my child
were ever placed in foster care, I would die. Because I know
alot of foster [caregivers] that have no clue!"
Raking

"One
More and I Can QUIT MY JOB!"
This
foster woman has quickly figured out that WAREHOUSING CHILDREN pays more
than working... "With one more child (adopted or
foster) with a special needs subsidy I would bring home more than I am
now working."
