What do I do if I still have rentals?
If you have rental items, our Drop Boxes are still in place for now and all past-due rentals will accrue late fees in accordance with Kozmo’s rental policies. However, any rental item you do not return by April 16,2001 will be deemed a purchase and your credit card will be charged the full retail value of the item.
