Long before there was ultra-super-duper-128-bit-polygon-video-capture, hardware hype, wEiRd TyPe, pointless game ratings, E3, SCREAMING GUYS in ads, Virtual Reality, cliches like "in you face" and "it's the ultimate", 360 degree roto-scope-rhetoric from self righteous reviewers, CD-this, 3-D that, multi-million-dollar TV commercials tainted with TOILET humor...

...there was fun.

    WANTED!!!

I am looking for several older games for the Genesis and Turbo. If anyone has any of the following games and they'd like to part with them, email me!

Super Back To The Future Part II - Super Famicom
Macross: Scrambled Valkyrie - Super Famicom
    Crisis Force - Famicom
    The Goonies - Famicom
    Macross - Famicom
Sexy Parodius - PSX or Saturn
    Splatterhouse - Arcade
Any Mega Drive games, with the exception of Magical Hats and Megapanel!

Also, check out the Snatcher and Policenauts Petition page to bring these excellent games to the Playstation. Quick update from webmaster: I just replayed Snatcher again last night and I do have to say that it is certainly of the THE best games ever made, and the fact that so many people have never heard of it makes me sad.

Welcome to the official OPCFG home page! The Organization for the Preservation of Classic Forms of Gaming is dedicated to getting the coolest Japanese games released here in the US that have been passed over for American release by their respective companies. Send your suggestions here, and we'll see about getting them released - no promises, but we will try our best!

However, if importing the way's to go, here's a list of cool import stores:

Tronix Multimedia Another fabulous mail order store, with a good stock, good prices, and excellent service (they even refunded the money for my Gameshark Pro when it didn't work with Bust a Move 2!)
National Console Support Again yet another highly recommended import shop. The stock is huge and the prices are great too!
Game Cave This is where I got my Playstation modded...it's got a decent selection, but prices can get high. Still worth a look.
Video Game Liquidators From the webpage, you wouldn't even guess this place has imports...but if you're looking for something, give them a call or an e-mail, and they'll see if they have it in stock.

Game Express Not too bad a place, though the service is a bit slow and game prices rather high.
Buy Rite A lot of people hate this place due to getting burned, but I've had great experiences with the three times I've dealt with them. The service, while not as personable as other places, is fast, the prices are just about the cheapest anywhere, and there's plenty of stuff there. Buy at your own risk, but I've had no problems whatsoever.

A lot of you have emailed me about the Crisis Force ROM. Thanks to everyone who let me know that it's out there! However, if anyone knows where I can get the actual Famicom Crisis Force cart, please email me ASAP!
