WELCOME!

Wizards of the Coast's website brings you the coolest information about the world of Wizards and provides a firsthand look at some of our games. How Wizards ensures data security, quality, and integrity.

The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with our visitors is of utmost concern to us. We exercise great care in providing secure transmission of your information from your PC to our servers. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information Wizards of the Coast can't ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems. When credit card information is transmitted we use industry standard, SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. Two ways you can determine if you are using a secure socket layer site is that the URL will begin with "https://" and a closed padlock will appear in the lower left of your Internet browser. If you do not see these indicators of a SSL, do not submit your financially sensitive information.

How you can access and, if necessary, change your personal information.

All information that Wizards collects, including information which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes, is subject to an "opt-out" process described on, or linked to, each collection form. If you do not want Wizards to send you email or regular mail about our products and/or services, you can opt-out at the time of registration/information collection or at a later date by sending an email to the address given at the point of information collection. (As we have a variety of databases that are not connected, sending a general e-mail to webmaster will not always remove you from the database you want to opt-out of.) Please be sure to include in your message the email address you used to register so that we can verify your request.

Where and how to ask questions or file complaints.

If you have any questions, complaints, or comments regarding our privacy statement, please contact webmaster@wizards.com. You can also contact ESRB Privacy Online directly at (212) 759-0700 or by regular mail at 845 Third Avenue, New York, NY 10022. Address all ESRB Privacy Online correspondence to Marc E. Szafran, General Counsel.
