INGREDIENTS (approx.)
Make two meatloafs in round cake pans. Make mashed potatoes for frosting, fry up the bacon. Assemble like a layer cake, with layer of crispy bacon in the middle. Put extra bacon in a dish for crudite.
Eat up, collapse into comfy couches and chairs when Meat Coma sets in.
SERVES
3 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. ground pork
Bottle of Heinz Ketchup
1 can of regular (unseasoned) breadcrumbs
Half a dozen eggs
5 lb. bag of potatoes
Pint of half-and-half (for creamy mashed potatoes)
Disposable foil cake pans, round 9 in. or so
1lb. bacon
1 stick delicious butter
Comfy couches or chairs
Probably 7 or 8 comfortably. 4 of us made it through half a cake, barely.
