FLASH REPORTS > Thursday, May 10, 2001 12:10 PM ZE8 Peso flat in mid-trade The peso was traded flat in mid-day trading against the dollar Thursday as banks opted to keep their dollar positions amid uncertainties over Monday's elections, dealers said. The peso averaged P50.65, same from the previous session's close. The local unit weakened in earlier trade at P50.77 before recovering to P50.54. Total value of trade turnover reached $95 million.
