According to the news, developers will soon be releasing the final patch for Allegiance, making the game free to play as well as making other changes: Games can have 64 players instead of just 32 minor bug fixes balancing changes You can check out the full story from The Zone's news post. Anyone who had DX8a instantly has voice chat for Allegiance. Just go to the Game Options Control Panel, the Voice Chat tab, then put a check next to Allegiance. Not sure how well it works yet, since no one uses it! I'm currently running a server that supports it (the game server must also have it on).
