Duval surges, Tiger misfires at British Open
Saturday turns out to be an ideal day to climb the British Open leaderboard. David Duval (pictured) birdies seven of his first 14 holes in the third round en route to a 6-under 65 and a share of first place. Alex Cejka, Bernhard Langer and Ian Woosnam are the others on top, while Colin Montgomerie and seven others are one shot back. Defending champion Tiger Woods struggles, finishing with a 2-over 73 that leaves him at 1 under for the tournament.
