        Welcome to  Desperado's  Padresimos Where you will get to see the best maps in UT that are out For realistic mods like Strike Force, Tacops, and Infiltration. If you have a map That is realistic and looks like it is Padre then send it to me and I will decide if the map is worthy for The padrisimos award all these maps on the padrisimos have a lot of things in common first all maps will have realism in mind and will have good action. If you do not get into the Padrisimos maps then Do not be discouraged just keep on mapping and sooner or later you will be here just try. Yes this is like Cliffb's page but I thought that most people would like to see a page where they can see the best of the best of user maps all together that are realistic maps and easy to download.  All the maps here are from my opinion only. You can believe me or not but take my word i am also a user. Either way I am going to look at all the maps and decide on them . I know I will get various e-mails from people getting angry at me because they did not get in. Please I ask do not be angry if your map does not enter The Padrisimos Awards . I will be glad to help if possible when I have time. If you do not follow the directions I will just delete the map with the emial and not even worry about it.

If you are wondering what the title means "Padrisimo" This means very cool and awesome. So now you know not all maps are going to make it. I will try to emial you back giving you some advice for the map but pleas do not kill me if I do not answer you quick enough.:)

DOG-TOWN

My Thoughts: Dog Town by Judas_Sinn is a map with a theme of an Urban city. The design in this map is simple in some areas but the textures he used make those buildings look really nice. Dog Town has a lot of ally ways and in some areas you can go on top of the buildings. My first thought of this map was not all that good but I kept looking at it and it grew on me. I like this map more for the Game play then the looks. This level plays smooth with a good frame rate. So I do not think people will have problems running this map on computers. Even though I mention that the Game play is better then the looks I can tell you that this map has nice surroundings. In some areas it might not be as realistic as some levels but it is still a good map that should be in servers for Tacops. And soon for Strike Force. The only thing that I thought could be better is the sky but that is more an Opinion:)  The UT version can work with TO.

My Thoughts: Spooger is one of the best of realistic mappers right now. He has a real sense or reality. I liked a lot of things in this map but one of them is that he decided to make totally new textures for his map, makes his map look different from any other. He is right now working for Strike Force but he is also making different versions for Tacops and Infiltration. All the detial he has put into this map is just gives me a head ache. This is most likely one of the best maps I have seen yet he can make simple architecture look complicated. When I look for maps that are for realistic Mods that are about terrorism they have to have a three basic things. First the map has to have some kind of theme to it and when I see that the level has it then that is a good point to the map. Second I look for playability If the map feels great in the internet and in bot play then the map gets another point.  Third I look for detail and if the map has nice details like pipes. electrical wire and things like this then I gets another point. When all these basic things are in the map then the map gets padresimos award and Spooger's map Reactor 6 is definitely one you should see. Another great point about this mapper is that he made different versions for each Anti Terrorism Mod. Go and download already man!!!!
