Also, the Cane's show on August 4th is a 21+, invitation only Red Stripe Beer show. SF will be back at Cane's October 4th for an open, all ages show.

What's up everyone!

We know it has been forever since you've heard from us and all of us in Save Ferris want to thank you for being patient while we have lots of news. First of all we have a new web provider and web host. That means we're going to keep the site updated and go through all the photos we've been taking on our road trips and post a bunch of shows, tours and things you have never seen. We want to also give props to Scott for working so hard. Thank you for all your work.

We will be doing a show August 4 at Cane's in San Diego and in Pomona we'll be playing at the Glasshouse on August 19. The big news is that we will be going to England to play The Reading Festival and The Leeds Festival on the Concrete Jungle Stage and a bunch of European and UK shows in August and September. We are going to have a great time over there and hope to see all you European and UK fans at our shows. Then after we get back we'll play a few more shows including Doheny Days on September 16 and an El Rey Theater show in Los Angeles on September 28. Click on the tour icon for details.

If you come to any of our upcoming shows you will hear some new songs. We have all been busy writing new material and demoing new songs. We really enjoy playing them and hope you like them as much. After Europe and the UK we will do some shows close to home then head into the studio to make a new album. As we said it has been very busy and we really appreciate all the support you, our fans, have given us. Eric, Mo and everyone even wrote a new song about you fans and how much support means. It's called "Rock It"

Look for lots of new and old photos and stuff on the site soon. Thanks again for all your support.

Mo, Brian, Eric, Bill, Evan

The doors open at 6:30pm, with the show starting at 7:30pm. Tickets are $8.50 for students and $11.50 general admission. From what I've heard, the tickets are only available from the venue's box office.

03/18/01 - Got some new concert info: Save Ferris will be playing at the House Of Blues in Las Vegas on April 14th. Then, they'll be at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo on April 19th. There are also two tentative concert dates. They are April 7th at Cal Poly Pomona and April 21st at UC Irvine. I'll let you all know if these dates are confirmed.

03/13/01 - For those in the L.A. area, Save Ferris will be playing at the Santa Anita Racetrack on Saturday, March 17th. The show is part of "KROQ In The Infield". The show is free with admission to the park ($5). The doors open at 10:30am, and I hear Save Ferris will be going on stage around 4:00pm. There are three other bands playing as well. They are: New Found Glory, Living End, and Fenix TX. They've done these shows in the past, and I've heard they're amazing, so don't miss it!

02/19/01 - Ok, here's the final word on the Anaheim House Of Blues show: It'll be on April 11th, not March 22nd, as previously noted. Doors open at 8pm. The cost is only $15. So don't miss the chance to see a Save Ferris concert at an awesome price.

02/09/01 - Got yet another concert date: Save Ferris will be playing at the Universal City Walk in Los Angeles on Feb. 23rd at 9:00pm. The show is sponsored by MGD and is completely free. I'm assuming it's not 21 and up, since it'll probably be outside. If I find out anything else, I'll post the info.

02/06/01 - I've got a few more Save Ferris concert dates to announce: They will be playing at Canes' Bar and Grill in San Diego on March 1st with The KGB. Tickets are $12 and are available now through Ticketmaster, or you can get them at the door. For more info, call (858) 488-9690. There's also word that the band will be playing at the brand new House Of Blues in Anaheim on March 22nd. I don't have any other information than the date at the moment. You can try calling (714) 778-BLUE for more info.

01/21/01 - Save Ferris has got a few dates coming up! First, the band will be playing Pepperdine University on January 29,2001 at 9:00 p.m. If you'd like more information on the concert or tickets, call (310) 506-4138. The band will also be playing at Cal State Long Beach on Febuary 7, 2001 at 12:00 noon.

12/02/00 - For those of you living in the L.A. area, make sure to pick up this year's KROQ Kevin & Bean Christmas CD, "The Real Slim Santa". Save Ferris is featured on the CD doing a cover of a song by The Kinks, called "Father Christmas". It's available at all L.A. area Wherehouses. For those of you not in the area, you can try buying one off eBay.

06/28/00 - Got some random Save Ferris news and rumors: For those of you who hadn't heard, Mo was recently involved in a car accident where the other driver had been driving drunk. Luckily, she wasn't harmed other than some bad aches and pains. But, this is just a reminder to everybody that if you're drinking, DO NOT drive. For more information, please visit the website for MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving). What's interesting is that the accident has given Mo a new outlook on life. She has told me that she's never appreciated life as much as she does now, and that she's living every day to the fullest. From Mo's email: "Funny how life sometimes has to flash before your eyes before you truly start to appreciate it."

Recently, during President Clinton's visit to California, Save Ferris got the rare opportunity to play for the president at the Garden of Eden club in Los Angeles.

Movie News: The song "Only Way To Be" is included on the soundtrack to the upcoming film Scary Movie, from Dimension Films. The soundtrack will be out July 4th, and is a mix of punk, hip-hop and pop, featuring bands like The Bloodhound Gang, Silverchair, and Black Eyed Peas. Also, the song "The World Is New" is featured in the trailer for the movie Thomas and the Magic Railroad.

06/04/00 - Well, I've got some sad news...Jose has decided to leave Save Ferris in order to finish up college. Even though I don't know the full details on the situation, I'm sure he spent a long time thinking about it and came to the conclusion that although it was a hard decision, it's for the best. Let us all wish him well. I know Jose checks the Bulletin Board, so feel free to sign it and give him your farewells. I've also been told that Save Ferris already has a new person lined up to take Jose's place. It'll be Oliver Zavala from Six Feet Deep, which is one of T-Bone's old bands. He will take over after Jose's last show, which will be Hermosa Beach.

05/31/00 - I added some new tour dates, including a few dates in Indonesia and a tentative date for the Sun Theater! Also, on June 30th, Save Ferris will be presented with an Indonesian Gold Record for "It Means Everything" and "Modified".

05/16/00 - I know it took me a while, but I updated the Featured Fan. So, make sure to go check out Emmy, another truly devoted Save Ferris fan.

Here's some more Save Ferris news:

05/12/00 - "Your Friend" is featured on the trailer to the upcoming movie "Boys and Girls", which stars Freddie Prinze, Jr. and Jason Biggs. I have no word yet on whether the song is on the soundtrack or not.

04/13/00
- The band and I have setup an email list which we will use to keep all of you fans updated on what exactly is going on with the band. Whenever there are important announcements, such as new tour dates, we'll let you know. So now you can keep up-to-date on all the Save Ferris news and rumors.

02/20/00 - I added new pictures to the Pics page. They're polaroids which were taken by the band members themselves during the Warped Tour in '98. Hope ya like them. Oh, and make sure to check out the one of the mannequin that looks like Brian!

01/26/00 - I created another wallpaper. It's basically just the "Modified" cover, modified (hehe) to fit different computer resolutions. I'm going to be working on some more, as I find the time.

01/13/00
- I wanted to let you all know that I do not personally run the Merchandise page. It was set up separately by a company called Fanscape. They will be handling all of Save Ferris' merchandise as well as Fan Club mailings. Therefore, if you have any problems with the Merchandise section, please email info@fanscape.com. Thanks.

01/09/00 - I created a Desktop Wallpaper of Monique. Let me know if you guys like it, and I'll make more. Just click on the links, and when the picture is finished loading up, right click on it and select "Set as Wallpaper". There are two versions:

01/08/00 - I added MP3 clips for the Modified album and a link for the Save Ferris Electronic Press Kit, both on the Audio/Video page.
