SPACE IS STILL AVAILABLE!

Over the last few weeks, we've been getting phone calls from people asking if we still have space available for attendees. The answer is yes. Though we've already got nearly 500 registrants, the Rosen Centre Hotel has allowed us space to accommodate well over 1,000 attendees.

Online registration will remain open till 12:00 Noon on Friday, August 3. We will continue to accept registrations by phone and fax through the close of business on Friday, August 3.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION

The conference registration desk will be open Sunday, August 5 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. to accept on-site registrations. The desk will re-open at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, August 6 and will remain open during conference hours till the conference adjourns on Friday, August 10. On site registration will remain available throughout the conference on a pro-rated basis.

UPDATED PROGRAM

If you're a frequent visitor to the site, you'll notice that we've removed the link to the online brochure. There have been so many changes to the program (additions, deletions, time changes, etc.) that it no longer makes sense to keep that brochure available. The entire updated program is available via the Program button at the top of this page.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

If you plan to attend the conference, I urge you to make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. The Rosen Centre has agreed to honor the conference rate of $105 up to the date of the conference, provided rooms are available.

Overflow Hotel

The Peabody Orlando is taking reservations at the group rate of $105. Please mention the Disaster Conference when you call. The Peabody Hotel is located across the street from the main Hotel, The Rosen Centre Hotel.
