Alexandria, VA, December 21, 1998 -- HADRON, INC. (OTC Electronic Bulletin Board: HDRN) today announced it has completed the acquisition of Vail Research and Technology Corporation ("Vail"), a privately-held information technology firm based in Northern Virginia, for approximately $1.6 million. Vail will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hadron.
"The acquisition of Vail qualitatively enhances Hadron's position in the information technology market," said C.W. Gilluly, Hadron Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "We are excited that Jeannine Vail and her staff have joined Hadron," he added.
