Starting at top with Brown - ch 2, work 6 sc in ring.
Row 2: 2 sc in each sc. Mark beg of rows.
Rows 3 & 4: Inc 6 sc evenly around. Work 5 more rows on 24 sc. Dec 2 sc evenly on each of next 2 rows.
# 3 (2-1) Clubs only: Work 5 (9-13) more rows.
All Clubs drop Brown, * with Tangerine - work 2 rows, with Brown work 2 rows *.
# 4 (3-2) Clubs only: Repeat from * to * 3 (2-1) times.
All Clubs with Brown - work 3 more rows. Sl st in next st, fasten off. ** Sew metal ring to each top. With Brown - ch 24", fasten off, draw through rings & hold tog at center. Trim with tassel. Make large tassel for joining.
