A.) If you're having problems using your Table Talk
account or need a change made in the primary email address or password in
your Table Talk member profile:
Describe your problem or need.
Tell us the username you enter to login.
If you forgot your password, tell us approximately when you last logged
in and whether the address you're mailing from is the same one that is on
your account.
Send your message to
ttaccounts@salon.com
Your password is secret to you. We at Table Talk can't tell what it is, so if you need a working password, we will assign one to you. We strongly recommend you change it to one of your own choosing as soon as you've logged in.
If the e-mail address on your message does not match the one on the account, we will need to confirm that the person asking for the new password is actually the account owner. So anything you can include in your e-mail message to confirm this will speed up the process.

B.) You have registered for Table Talk but still
can't post messages.
If you did not get an "unauthorized URL" message when you followed the link in our verification e-mail, your account is probably already active. Make sure you have logged in and are at the last message in the thread (by clicking the "TO LAST" button) before looking for the message posting window.
If you did get an "unauthorized URL" message, tell us the username you entered in your registration.
Send your message to ttactivate@salon.com
On activating your account, we will send our message to the primary e-mail address you entered on registration. This message must go through for the account to remain active.

E.) You thought that the way to post a message was to send e-mail to the Table Talk host or sysop.
To post messages, you must be registered and your account must be activated. If you are registered and logged in and aren't seeing the "response window" after the last message in a discussion, go to item B.
If you haven't registered for Table Talk, return to the login and registration page and click on the Register Here button.
