US plane lands in Cebu

A US C-117 Air Force plane took an emergency landing on Monday morning in Mactan International Airport in Cebu.

The cargo plane was reportedly bound for the Indian Ocean.

US jet fighters were also reported to have landed in Mactan last week for refueling. radio dzMM
