Proposition Bets
A proposition bet is a very specific bet offered by the house. The individual bets have titles that explain on what event or action or player the wager is placed. Proposition bets are always money line bets: some are totals bets, some are side bets, some utterly unique. Rather than attempt to explain the vast array of proposition bets, we’ll give you a sample page that shows just some of the possibilities. Proposition bets are always circled (straight bets only).
If you need help understanding any of the information contained in the betting line above, or if you're new to sports wagering, please read the Basic Betting section first.
All parties involved or mentioned in the Proposition bet must take part of the said event in order for the bet to be valid. If one of the specific players does not play in the game the bet is considered a "push" or invalid.
It is the sole responsibility of the member placing the proposition bet to fully understand the terms and conditions of the prop bet.
Misunderstanding of the prop bet will not be grounds for payment under any circumstances. Player misperception of the terms and conditions are not entitled to nullification of any proposition wager under any circumstances thus making all wagers final and valid. sportingbetUSA.com and sportingbet.com UK(plc)are not responsible for any type of member error.
If any player has any questions regarding the terms and conditions of the proposition bet, they should refer to our web site's official rules and regulations section or contact Customer Service for details.
