April 2001: Announcing the fourth all-Indian The Fountainhead Essay Competition
for high school students. In May 2001 we will initiate the first Atlas Shrugged Essay Competition for college and university students.

June 2001: Workshop on water rights and water markets, in collaboration with ARCH, Mangrol in Gujarat.
