Dress with Attached Slip and Hassock
Bodice
(Note:  For smoother back edge, do not ch 1 at end of Bodice Rows 1-7.)
Starting at neck edge with light pink and size F hook (or size required for gauge), ch 19.
ROW 1 (right side):  Sc in 2nd ch from hook and each rem ch across (18 sc). Turn.
ROW 2:  * Sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc; rep from * across (27 sc). Turn.
ROW 3:  * Sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc; rep from * across (36 sc). Turn.
ROW 4:  Sc in first 5 sc, 2 sc in next 8 sc, sc in next 10 sc, 2 sc in next 8 sc, sc in last 5 sc (52 sc). Turn.
ROW 5 (Armhole Shaping):  Sc in first 5 sc, ch 3, sk next 16 sc (for right armhole - fold skipped sts toward you), sc in next 10 sc, ch 3, sk next 16 sc (for left armhole - fold skipped sts toward you), sc in last 5 sc (26 sc). Turn.

Skirt
With right side of bodice still facing you, rejoin light pink with sl st to first sc at right waist edge, ch 3.
ROW 1:  Working in front lp of sts for this row only (back lps will be used for attached slip), 3 dc in same sc as joining and each rem sc across (78 dc - not counting beg ch-3). Finish off, do not turn.
ROW 2:  With right side still facing you, rejoin pink to top of ch-3 at beg of previous row, ch 3. * Dc in next 2 dc, 2 dc in next dc; rep from * across (104 dc - not counting beg ch-3). Finish off, do not turn.
ROW 3:  With right side still facing you, rejoin pink to top of ch-3 at beg of previous row, ch 3. * Dc in next 3 dc, 2 dc in next dc; rep from * across, join with sl st to top of beg ch-3 (to close back opening) (130 dc - not counting beg ch-3). Ch 3, do not turn.

RND 1:  Sc in same ch as joining and next ch, sc in 16 sc around top of armhole (sc left unworked in Bodice Row 5), sc in last ch, join to first sc (19 sc). Ch 1, do not turn.
RNDS 2-6:  Sc in same sc as joining and each rem sc around, join (19 sc). Ch 1, do not turn.
RND 7:  Dec over same sc as joining and next sc (to dec: draw up a lp in next 2 sts - 3 lps now on hook, yo and draw through all 3 lps), * dec over next 2 sc; rep from * around to last sc, sc in last sc, join (10 sc). Cut pink, join white. Continuing with white, ch 1, do not turn.
RND 8:  Sc in same sc as joining and each rem sc around, join (10 sc). Ch 1, do not turn.
RND 9:  (Sc, ch 3) in same sc as joining and each rem sc around, join (10 ch-3 sps). Finish off, weave in ends.

Collar
With right side of bodice facing you, join white to first ch at left neck edge, ch 1. (Sc, ch 3) in same ch as joining and each rem ch across to last ch, sc in last ch (17 ch-3 sps). Finish off, weave in ends.

Attached Slip
With back neck edge of dress facing you, fold skirt back over bodice exposing unworked lps from Skirt Row 1. Join white to first unworked lp at right back opening, ch 3.
ROW 1:  Dc in same lp as joining, * 2 dc in next lp, dc in next lp; rep from * across to last lp, 3 dc in last lp (40 dc - not counting beg ch-3). Finish off, do not turn.
ROWS 2-3:  With right side still facing you, rejoin white to top of ch-3 at beg of previous row, ch 3. Dc in each dc across (40 dc). Finish off, do not turn. At end of Row 3, do not finish off. Join to top of beg ch-3 (to close back opening). Ch 3, do not turn.

RNDS 4-5:  Dc in each dc around, join (40 dc). Ch 3, do not turn. At end of Rnd 5, ch 1 (in place of ch 3), do not turn.

RND 7 (Slip Ruffle): Work 2 dc in same sc as joining and each rem sc and in top lp only of each ch around top of leghole (rem lp of chs will be used for legs), join to top of beg ch-3 (104 dc - not counting beg ch-3). Ch 1, do not turn.
RND 8:  * (Sc, ch 3) in next dc, sk next dc; rep from * around, join to first sc (52 ch-3 sps). Finish off, weave in ends. Set dress aside.

Legs with Attached Pantaloons (make 2)
Legs
Starting at toe end with white, ch 2.
RND 1 (right side):  Work 3 sc in 2nd ch from hook, join to first sc (3 sc). Ch 1, do not turn.
RND 2:  Work 2 sc in same sc as joining and each rem sc around, join (6 sc). Ch 1, do not turn. Push toe end to right side.
RNDS 3-4:  Sc in same sc as joining and each rem sc around, join (6 sc). Ch 1, do not turn. At end of Rnd 4, with eraser end of pencil, push beg yarn length down into toe.
RND 5:  Work 2 sc in same sc as joining, sc in each rem sc around, join (7 sc). Ch 1, do not turn.
RNDS 6-12:  Sc in same sc as joining and each rem sc around, join (7 sc). Ch 1, do not turn.
RND 13:  Work 2 sc in same sc as joining and each rem sc around, join (14 sc). Finish off leaving a 15" (38cm) end for sewing leg to slip.

Attached Pantaloons
With top (open end) of leg facing you, rejoin white to outside (back) lp only of first sc from Leg Rnd 13, ch 4.
RND 1:  Working in outside lp of sts for this rnd only (inside lps will be used for sewing leg to leghole), trc in same sc as joining and each rem sc around (keeping 15" [38cm] end on inside), join to top of beg ch-4 (14 trc - not counting beg ch-4). Ch 1, do not turn.
RND 2:  (Sc, ch 3) in each trc around, join to first sc (14 ch-3 sps). Finish off, weave in pantaloon ends only. Fold pantaloons down over leg.

Legs Finishing
STEP 1:  Cut one 6mm x 12" (30.5cm) white chenille stem in half. Fold each piece in half, pressing fold tight. Insert folded end inside leg and push down to toe end. Fold over excess top of chenille stem even with top of leg and stuff into leg. Rep for other leg.
STEP 2:  Hold front neck edge of dress facing you. Using 15" (38cm) length of yarn at top of leg and tapestry needle, starting at 2nd skipped dc at back of leghole (from Slip Rnd 6), sew leg to leghole using front lps only of skipped dc at back of leg (back lps will be used for teapot) and working under slip ruffle at front of leg. Pass needle through top of slip ruffle. Sew top leg opening closed on top of ruffle, easing fullness of ruffle at leg front to leg back. Secure yarn end. Rep for other leg. Bend first 5 leg rows forward for foot. Set dress aside.

Booties (make 2)
Starting at center of sole with light pink, ch 8.
RND 1 (right side):  Work 3 hdc in 3rd ch from hook, hdc in next 4 chs, 3 hdc in last ch. Working around opposite side of starting ch, hdc in next 4 chs, join to top of beg ch (14 hdc - not counting beg ch). Ch 2, do not turn.
RND 2:  Hdc in each hdc around, join (14 hdc). Ch 2, do not turn.
RND 3:  Hdc in first 8 hdc, (dec over next 2 hdc) twice (dec as in Sleeves Rnd 7 - for toe end), hdc in last 2 hdc, join (12 hdc - not counting beg ch-2). Ch 2, do not turn.
RND 4:  Hdc in each hdc around, join (12 hdc). Ch 1, do not turn.
RND 5:  (Sc, ch 3) in each hdc around, join to beg sc (12 ch-3 sps). Finish off, weave in ends.

Bootie Ties (make 2)
With light blue, leaving a 1" starting end, ch 20. Finish off leaving a 1" end. Beginning and ending at bootie center front, weave tie between Rnds 3 and 4 (dec rnd). Knot ends securely and trim close. Place bootie on foot. Pull ties until bootie fits ankle. Tie ends into a double knot.

Attached Hassock Lining
Fold slip ruffle and legs back over slip exposing unworked lps from Slip Rnd 6. With back neck edge of dress facing you, join light blue to first unworked lp from Slip Rnd 6, ch 1.
RND 1:  Sc in same lp as joining and next 11 lps, sc in next 4 lps across back of leg (from Leg Finishing Step 2), sc in next 8 lps, sc in next 4 lps across back of leg, sc in last 12 lps, join to first sc (40 sc). Ch 2, do not turn.
RND 2: Working in back lp of sts for this rnd only (front lps will be used for hassock), hdc in same sc as joining and next 2 sc, * 2 hdc in next sc, hdc in next 3 sc; rep from * around to last sc, 2 hdc in last sc, join to top of beg ch-2 (50 hdc - not counting beg ch-2). Ch 2, do not turn.
RNDS 3-8:  Hdc in each hdc around, join (50 hdc). Ch 2, do not turn.
RND 9:  * Hdc in next 8 hdc, dec over next 2 hdc (to dec: yo, draw up a lp in next 2 sts - 4 lps now on hook, yo and draw through all 4 lps); rep from * around, join (45 hdc - not counting beg ch-2). Ch 2, do not turn.
RND 10:  Hdc in each hdc around, join (45 hdc). Ch 2, do not turn.
RND 11:  * Hdc in next 7 hdc, dec over next 2 hdc; rep from * around, join (40 hdc - not counting beg ch-2). Ch 2, do not turn.

Hassock
With back neck edge of dress facing you, rejoin light blue to first lp left unworked from Hassock Lining Rnd 2, ch 2.
RND 1:  Hdc in same lp as joining and next 2 lps, * 2 hdc in next lp, hdc in next 3 lps; rep from * around to last lp, 2 hdc in last lp; rep from * around, join to top of beg ch-2 (50 hdc - not counting beg ch-2). Ch 2, do not turn.
RND 2:  * Hdc in next 4 hdc, 2 hdc in next hdc; rep from * around, join (60 hdc - not counting beg ch-3). Ch 2, do not turn.
RNDS 3-10:  Hdc in each hdc around, join (60 hdc). Ch 2, do not turn. At end of Rnd 10, ch 4 (in place of ch 2), do not turn.
RND 11:  Work 2 trc in each hdc around, join to top of beg ch-4 (120 trc - not counting beg ch-4). Ch 4, do not turn.
RND 12:  Trc in each trc around, join (120 trc). Finish off, weave in ends.

Dress with Attached Hassock Finishing
STEP 1:  Sew 2 sets hooks and eyes to back dress opening: 1 set at neck just below collar and 1 set at waist.
STEP 2:  Place dress on 5" (12.7cm) Baby Air Freshener Doll. Place cone-shaped air freshener into bottom of hassock.
STEP 3:  Lightly stuff hassock between 2 layers (lining and hassock) with fiberfill.
STEP 4:  Starting and ending at center front, weave a 24" (61cm) piece of 3/8" (9.5mm) light blue satin ribbon between Hassock Rnds 10 and 11 (between hdc and trc rnds). Pull ends even and tighten until hassock fits around cone-shaped air freshener. Tie ribbon ends into a 2-1/4" (5.7cm) bow. Trim ends on an angle even with bow.
STEP 5:  Tie a 24" (61cm) piece of 3/8" (9.5mm) light blue ribbon around doll's waist, making a 2-1/2" (6.3cm) bow in back. Let ribbon ends hang down back of skirt. Trim ends on an angle. Set doll aside.

Bonnet
Starting at center back of bonnet with light pink, ch 3.
RND 1 (right side):  Work 10 hdc in 3rd ch from hook, join to top of beg ch (10 hdc - not counting beg ch-2). Ch 2, do not turn.
RND 2:  Work 2 hdc in each hdc around, join to top of beg ch-2 (20 hdc - not counting beg ch-2). Ch 2, do not turn.
RND 3:  * Hdc in next hdc, 2 hdc in next hdc; rep from * around, join (30 hdc - not counting beg ch-2). Ch 2, do not turn.
RND 4:  * Hdc in next 2 hdc, 2 hdc in next hdc; rep from * around, join (40 hdc - not counting beg ch-2). Ch 2, do not turn.
(Note:  You will now start working in rows instead of rnds.)
ROW 5:  Hdc in first 34 hdc, sk rem 6 hdc (for back of neck) (34 hdc). Ch 2, turn.
ROWS 6-7:  Hdc in each hdc across (34 hdc). Ch 2, turn. At end of Row 7, ch 3 (instead of ch 2), turn.
ROW 8 (Ruffled Brim):  Work 2 dc in each hdc across (68 dc - not counting beg ch-3). Finish off, weave in ends.

Bonnet Finishing
STEP 1:  Starting on right side, weave a 24" (61cm) piece of 1/4" (6.3mm) light blue satin ribbon through last row of hdc sts (just above ruffled brim). Pull ribbon ends even. Do not tie.
STEP 2:  Folding ends under slightly, hot glue an 11" (28cm) piece of 1" (2.5cm) gathered lace around outside (right side) of bonnet ruffled brim close to ribbon. Sew corners of lace under.
STEP 3:  Place bonnet on doll's head and pull ribbon ends to fit. Tie a bow under chin. Let ribbon ends hang down. Trim ends on an angle.
STEP 4:  Cut stems off 7 light pink spring flowers. Hot glue flowers evenly spaced over ribbon around bonnet.
