Luanda, 09/26 - The construction of the Angola branch of the Kimbanguist University is starting this year, the assistant spiritual leader of the Jesus Christ church on Earth, Kissoloke Paul, said.

Speaking to ANGOP, the church leader said to this end, the administrative process is being finalized with the Angolan government which has already allocated the plot of land.

To Kissolokel Paul the construction of a university in any country requires the creation of administrative and financial conditions, which has been delaying the start of the works.

He said that in addition to the university, his church is planning to build primary and secondary schools in all districts of Luanda.

He stated that a primary and secondary school are being completed at the Maianga district, whereas the foundation stone has been laid for the construction of another one at Viana, near Luanda.

The Kimbanguist church leader said as well that medical centres will also be built around Luanda to improve health services to the populations.

On the other hand, Kissolokele Paul said that after the demise of the church`s leader, Dialungana Kiangani Salomon, on August 12, the congregation is being led by a council presided over by Kiangani Simon Kimbangu.

The colegiate group is made up by 26 members, all grandsons of the founder, Simon Kimbangu.

The Jesus Christ Church on Earth was established on 6 April 1921, at the locality of Kamba, Democratic Republic of Congo, and has branches in several countries of Africa, Europe and Asia.
