Breakfast English Muffins

1 jar English cheddar cheese

1 stick butter (soft)

1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

1/2 lb. Sausage (cooked)

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1 pkg. English Muffin (split)

1) Brown meat, whip butter and cheese together, add seasoning. Add sausage when cooled.

2) Mix well, spread on English muffin.

3) Place on cookie sheet and freeze, transfer to baggies. Leave in freezer until ready for use.

4) Remove what you need, (I let mine rest for 10 min.) sprinkle with paprika. Place under broiler for 5 min., or until bubbly.
