The U.S. F2000 National Championship Hall of Fame recognizes the accomplishments of F2000 graduates in the motosports industry. Unlike most, the F2000 Hall of Fame is based on outstanding accomplishments after competing in the series, rather than within it. Each year, the series organizers generate a list of nominees. Ballots listing the nominees are distributed to a group consisting of staff, competitors, media representatives and past winners to be voted on. Those nominees that are named on 50% of the total ballots are elected to the U.S. F2000 National Championship Hall of Fame. Graduates of the U.S. F2000 National Championship are eligible, including crew, owners, staff and drivers. In order for a driver to be eligible he/she must have competed in no less than 10 races in his/her career, or finished in the top-10 in any given season's final point standings. A driver becomes eligible 12 months after his last F2000 start. |
