IMPORTANT NOTICE As our 2001 Tour has continued to stir
up great interest from the people, our opposition has consistently attacked. So far there have been about 7 or 8 Attorney Generals who
have harassed us on this tour. They
have done everything from issuing a restraining order, to outright forbidding us to give anyone a free electricity
machine, “even if it does work”! Each
of the successive orders and harassing suits have quoted each other’s actions.
You can see the very obvious networking that is going on in those circles. Many
of these states had no prior experience with us at all.
Why did they panic and run down before
we did the show, and slap Temporary Restraining Orders on us to try to prevent
us from doing a show? None of these
actions have stopped us or even slowed us down much.
When the tour is over, I plan to file a Ricoh Racketeering Action against
them in federal court, claiming this to be a conspiracy.
They have all restricted our constitutional right to contract.
Some have tried to deny us our free speech right and right to assemble. For the most part, the Temporary
Restraining Orders were designed to prevent us from taking any money or anything
of value for anything relating to free electricity.
Of course, we don’t anyway. The
orders themselves were only for the night of the show.
But they also filed Complaints to permanently enjoin us from doing so.
The Complaints are erroneous and are simply attempts to try and stop us
from doing free electricity. We
already know how this works. But we
need to make a Response to each of the Complaints or we lose by default, and you
need a lawyer in each of the states to be able to do so.
We have asked for extensions that will allow us to get beyond the tour.
And, it is our intention to pursue them in federal court and have all of
this nonsense dismissed. Until such time as this is
all resolved here’s what you can and cannot do in those states: MAINE: Maine
filed a Complaint against us that originally related only
to free electricity, but they turned around a month later and filed an
Amended Complaint to include all of our products.
I believe they refer to our products as being “fictitious”.
So, in Maine the people cannot
join NASDAC. We cannot sell
product, not even laundry balls. And we cannot issue Free Electricity
Registrations in Maine, except under the following condition: The people in Maine can sign up to be
on a waiting list for free electricity, but we will have to hold the
registration back. They will not
get the registration until such time as this whole thing is resolved, but it
will be sitting here waiting for them. VERMONT: The
people in Vermont cannot join NASDAC. Vermont
is trying to say that the NASDAC Program is just a way to charge someone $15 for
a free electricity machine. Our
dealers can sell product outside of the NASDAC Program.
Their fight is with the NASDAC Program and free electricity.
We can only issue Free
Electricity Registrations in Vermont under the same condition listed above for
Maine. WASHINGTON STATE:
People in Washington can join NASDAC, but without the free electricity
registration, and we would have to give them a letter in its place.
The Attorney General in Washington has done something no one else has done. She wrote that we are not allowed to even give a free electricity machine to anyone in the state of
Washington, even if we could prove that it
was working! We are encouraging people to sign a petition in Washington to
remove this Attorney General from office. If
we get 25,000 signatures, we can get the state of Washington to review whether
or not she acted in an appropriate manner, and there’s no way she can defend
that. We will include a copy of the
petition in this mailing. In the state of Washington, we cannot issue a free electricity
registration under any term or condition!
The only thing we can do is to tell people in Washington, “we will hold
one of these in abeyance for you, we’ll give you a letter that we’ll hold it
for you until such time as somebody determines if the Attorney General acted
constitutionally in our case”. That would get me pretty upset if somebody told me I
couldn’t have a free gift of free electricity, even if it works.
That’s a little bit too much protection for me!
OREGON: Until
issues are resolved, we will not accept money for NASDAC.
Cannot charge one dime for free electricity sign up.
Must have state licensed experts approve any free energy machine before
selling one. ALASKA: Same
as Washington. They followed
exactly what Washington State did, except that they did not say that you can’t
have a free electricity machine even if its proven to work.
So, as in Washington, people can sign up on a waiting list and we’ll
hold a certificate for them until the case in Alaska is resolved.
You can do the NASDAC Program, but we have to hold back this privilege
until its resolved. NEW MEXICO: Same
as Alaska. IN KENTUCKY: They
have attacked me personally. I was
arrested before I ever did a show in Kentucky. They
threatened to arrest anyone else who would get up on the stage that night, and
confiscate our equipment. We will
do a show in Kentucky even if it requires having federal marshals at the door.
We are going to advertise in the state of Kentucky, “come and see the
show that your government was scared to death of and that your Attorney General
was willing to violate my First Amendment rights to prevent. (In the meantime no
one can re-sell a UCSA dealership to a Kentucky person). IN TENNESSEE: In
1999 I signed an agreement in Tennessee not to violate their Securities Act.
I certainly have not done that. There
was something in what they wrote about “not doing anything like we did the
last time”. Because the language
was ambiguous, I decided to change the show in Tennessee and teach the Attorney
General there a lesson. So, the
following is for Tennessee people only,
and only for those who attended the show. Everyone
who attended the Knoxville Show was
deputized and given the right to sign up 100 people for free electricity without
the NASDAC Program. They can
each just sign 100 people up for free electricity, for free.
Nobody has to join NASDAC. Nobody
has to buy a video. Nobody has to
watch a kit … nothing. All they
do is just sign up. I’m writing a
contract for that right now that Mike is going to put on the Internet. This is only for Tennessee people who were at the show!
People can still join NASDAC if they want to, but they don’t have to.
They can pay the $15 to join NASDAC
if they want to get the discounts on products. So, if they were A Tennessee resident, at the show in Tennessee and sign up to be a recruiter, they can sign up 100 people for free, as long as those people pledge that they will be a witness, and the recruiter will still get the same rewards for that person’s electricity sales, as they would if it were a NASDAC member. In addition, they can also sign up 10 other people to be recruiters in Tennessee who can also sign up 100 people each for free. So, we want to thank the Attorney General in the state of Tennessee for assuring our ability to get all the people we need to make sure free electricity happens in the state of Tennessee.
