  • RACGAT/10 Summary of Discussion Published

    [December 2, 2000] RACGAT/10 was held in Anchorage from October 23 through October 27, 2000. The meeting report and subgroup reports are posted in the documents section.

  • Proposal for AIP Publication on Cross-Polar Demo Operations

    [August 25, 2000] SCAA ATM Department submitted a proposal for publishing a new approving procedure on Cross-Polar demonstration flights. The new procedure will be published in the Russian AIP effective from the next AIRAC cycle..

  • Feedback Added

    [August 21, 2000] RACGAT website visitors can now leave their comments and suggestions, using our new feedback form .

  • FAAR Abolished, SCAA Established

    [August 20, 2000] Pursuant to Russian President Putin`s Order Russia`s Federal Aviation Authority was abolished. Its functions were transferred to the Ministry of Transport. The Ministry of Transport established State Civil Aviation Authority (SCAA) as its subordinate entity. Alexander Neradko was appointed First Deputy Minister of Transport and Head of SCAA.

    [April 9, 2000] The report section has been updated with a demo flight report provided by American Airlines.

  • Mini-RACGAT/4 Held in Moscow

    [April 2, 2000] Mini-RACGAT/4 was held in Moscow from March 29 through March 31, 2000. The meeting report and subgroup reports are posted in the documents section.

  • Mini-RACGAT/4 Agenda

    [March 10, 2000] The forth meeting of Russian/American Coordinating Group for Air Traffic Control (Mini-RACGAT/4) is to take place on March 29-31, 2000 in Moscow, Russia. The registration of attendees will begin on Wednesday, March 29 at 9.00 a.m. The Plenary session will proceed from 10.00 a.m. until 5.00 p.m. with coffee breaks at 11.30 a.m. and 03.30 p.m. The meeting will break for lunch between 1.00 and 2.00 p.m.
