Aerosmith, Shaggy Top 'Zootopia' Concert Bill

New York radio station WHTZ has announced the lineup for the 2001 edition of its annual Zootopia concert. Set for June 1 at the Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, N.Y., the show will feature Aerosmith, Shaggy, Pink, the Corrs, 3LW, Lifehouse, O-Town, Jessica Simpson, Nelly Furtado, and Eden's Crush.

Although the show is sold out, the station will be giving away tickets via various promotions throughout next month. Additional acts are expected to be added to the lineup in the coming weeks.

The concert is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m., but Z100 will set up a "Z Village" outside the Coliseum beginning at noon on the day of the show, featuring live broadcasts, interactive booths, and special appearances by some of the show's artists.

A portion of the net proceeds will go to charities, including the National Child Identification Program, which has been fingerprinting children since 1997 in an effort to help solve abduction cases.

Simpson is a veteran of last year's Zootopia concert, where she performed alongside such notable acts as Christina Aguilera, Macy Gray, Destiny's Child, and Sugar Ray.
