Hall County is governed by a seven-member board of supervisors. For 2001, Dick Hartman is serving as chairman.

Civil Defense sirens tested twice a month

The Grand Island-Hall County Civil Defense sirens are tested at 1 p.m. on the first and 15th days of every month.
