March 1, 2002 Airtime Project #1: James Buckhouse, Tap
Tap, a project commissioned by Dia Center for the Arts in collaboration with Creative Time and the Whitney Museum of American Art, creates a tap dance school for animated characters that exists on the Internet and can be downloaded to individual user's PDAs and desktops. The animated characters take on a life of their own by taking lessons, practicing, giving recitals and learning from each other.
